ROH World Championship: Mark Briscoe defeated Eddie Kingston at Supercard of Honor on April 5. Chris Jericho defeated Briscoe in a Ladder War match on AEW Dynamite on October 23.
ROH Women's World Championship: Athena held the ROH Women's World Championship for the full calendar year.
ROH World Television Championship: Atlantis Jr. defeated Kyle Fletcher at CMLL Super Viernes on June 28, marking the first time the title changed hands at a CMLL event. Brian Cage defeated Atlantis Jr. at AEW WrestleDream Zero Hour on October 12. Komander defeated Brian Cage, AR Fox, Blake Christian, Mark Davis, and Willie Mack in a Survival of the Fittest match at Final Battle on December 20.
ROH Women's World Television Championship: Billie Starkz defeated Queen Aminata in the tournament final at Supercard of Honor on April 5 to become the inaugural champion. Red Velvet defeated Starkz at Death Before Dishonor on July 26.
