AEW World Championship: Swerve Strickland defeated Samoa Joe at Dynasty on April 21. Bryan Danielson defeated Strickland at All In on August 25 in a Title vs. Career match. Jon Moxley defeated Danielson at WrestleDream on October 12.
AEW Women's World Championship: Mariah May defeated Toni Storm at All In on August 25.
AEW International Championship: Roderick Strong defeated Orange Cassidy at Revolution on March 3. Will Ospreay defeated Strong at Double or Nothing on May 26. MJF defeated Ospreay on Dynamite 250 on July 17 and unofficially rebranded the title as the AEW American Championship. Ospreay won it back at All In on August 25, restoring it as the AEW International Championship. Konosuke Takeshita defeated Ospreay and Ricochet in a three-way match at WrestleDream on October 12.
AEW Continental Championship: Kazuchika Okada defeated Eddie Kingston on Dynamite on March 20.
AEW TNT Championship: Adam Copeland defeated Christian Cage in an I Quit match that started on Dynamite and concluded on Rampage on March 20. The title was vacated on Dynamite on May 29 after Copeland suffered a legitimate leg injury while defending the title at Double or Nothing. Jack Perry defeated Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Briscoe, Dante Martin, Lio Rush, and El Phantasmo in a six-way ladder match for the vacant title at Forbidden Door on June 30. Daniel Garcia defeated Perry at Full Gear on November 23.
AEW TBS Championship: Willow Nightingale defeated Julia Hart at Dynasty on April 21 in a House Rules match. Mercedes Moné defeated Nightingale at Double or Nothing on May 26.
FTW Championship: Chris Jericho defeated Hook at Dynasty on April 21; Hook won it back at All In on August 25; Hook retired the title after defending it against Roderick Strong at Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 25.
AEW World Tag Team Championship: Darby Allin & Sting defeated Big Bill & Ricky Starks in a tornado tag team match on Dynamite on February 7. The titles were vacated at Revolution on March 3 due to Sting's retirement. The Young Bucks defeated FTR in a tournament final ladder match for the vacant titles at Dynasty on April 21. Private Party defeated The Young Bucks at Fright Night Dynamite on October 30 in a match where Private Party would have had to disband had they lost.
AEW World Trios Championship: Bullet Club Gold / The Bang Bang Gang defeated The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn at Dynasty on April 21 in a Winners Take All match, winning the AEW World Trios Championship while also defending the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship and beginning the Unified World Trios Championship period. The titles were vacated on Collision, taped July 10 and aired July 13, after Jay White suffered an injury and interim EVP Christopher Daniels rejected Bang Bang Gang's attempt to invoke the Freebird Rule with Juice Robinson. The Patriarchy defeated Bang Bang Gang, House of Black, and The Undisputed Kingdom in a four-way match for the vacant titles on Collision on July 20. Pac & Blackpool Combat Club defeated The Patriarchy, House of Black, and Bang Bang Gang in a four-way match at All In on August 25.
Owen Hart Cup: Bryan Danielson and Mariah May won the Owen Hart Cup tournament finals on Dynamite on July 10, with Danielson defeating "Hangman" Adam Page and May defeating Willow Nightingale.
Casino Gauntlet: Will Ospreay won the Casino Gauntlet at Double or Nothing on May 26 to earn an AEW International Championship match. Christian Cage won the Casino Gauntlet at All In on August 25 to earn a future AEW World Championship match.
Dynamite Diamond Ring: Kyle O'Reilly won the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale on Dynamite on December 11 to earn the ring match. MJF defeated O'Reilly at Dynamite: Winter Is Coming on December 18 to retain the Dynamite Diamond Ring.
