Here is a list of all the WWE Superstars who are holding a title right now and some predictions for who may dethrone them to become the next champion.
UNDISPUTED WWE CHAMPIONSHIP
Current WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre
Prediction for Next Champion: ???
Explanation: Honestly, I have no idea. I'll update this when I can wrap my mind around the title situation. I do think McIntyre is dropping the belt prior to WrestleMania, though, and likely back to Cody Rhodes, but even in that scenario, I don't see why there's a need for a hot potato situation or what that would set up for Mania.
WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
Current WWE World Heavyweight Champion: CM Punk
Prediction for Next Champion: Bron Breakker
Explanation: This creative group has a fascination with the idea that you can't just win the title. You have to dance around it and win it on your second, if not third or more attempt. I feel like this means they're either dragging out Breakker to WrestleMania for no reason, or that Punk is going to lose it to someone else. That might end up being Gunther, actually, but I'm kind of hoping if these two are going to have to drag this story out, that Seth Rollins is healed up in time and this can be a Triple Threat at least.
WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP
Current WWE Undisputed Women's Champion: Jade Cargill
Prediction for Next Champion: Bianca Belair
Explanation: Either Bianca Belair wins this at WrestleMania 42, or the game plan is Rhea Ripley. I can't imagine it going either way. It COULD go to Jordynne Grace, but that's a stretch for the time being.

Current WWE Women's World Champion: Stephanie Vaquer
Prediction for Next Champion: Rhea Ripley? Liv Morgan?
Explanation: There doesn't seem to be a direct line of challengers for Vaquer, so too many options are on the table. She could lose to Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, or even have some new people called up. Hell, Blake Monroe could win this next.

Explanation: AJ Lee wins either at Elimination Chamber in Chicago or at WrestleMania. She then drops the belt to either Roxanne Perez or Liv Morgan.

Prediction for Next Champion: Trick Williams
Explanation: This makes so much sense that they probably won't do it, but I'm still putting it down as my official prediction anyway for the time being.
WWE WOMEN'S UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP
Current WWE Women's United States Champion: Giulia
Prediction for Next Champion: Sol Ruca or Jordynne Grace
Explanation: 2025 was a terrible year for this belt. I hope 2026 is better with the unnecessary third hour addition to SmackDown. They'll have no excuse if they still can't book Giulia with this belt when they have that extra time and Kiana James as a mouthpiece. I think we'll see Tiffany Stratton eventually come around to this title, but if she stays in the world title scene, then I'd be on the lookout for someone like Sol Ruca, whenever she gets called up. Jordynne Grace is another potential option, depending on where she goes.

Explanation: Austin Theory and Logan Paul, or is Bronson Reed in the mix for it?

Current WWE Tag Team Champions: The Wyatt Sicks
Prediction for Next Champions: Fraxiom or MFT
Explanation: Axiom and Nathan Frazer haven't held the titles yet, and they could be the superhero act to compensate for the supervillains of The Wyatt Sicks if WWE views them in that light, even though The Wyatt Sicks haven't really turned heel yet, and they're now feuding with the MFTs, so this may be more of Wyatts to MFT to Fraxiom instead.
WWE WOMEN'S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Current WWE Women's Tag Team Champions: Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky
Prediction for Next Champions: n/a at the moment
Explanation: Rhiyo aren't holding these titles past WrestleMania, I'd imagine, but I think they're going to drop them well before then, too. It all depends on what else they have in mind for these two and the primary title matches. If they're doing something like Stephanie Vaquer against Rhea Ripley, for instance, she won't be a tag team champion at the same time. But if there are 4 other women fighting for those top two titles, then having Rhiyo walking into Mania with the tag titles ensures that they get onto the card and can drop them to a team like Nia Jax and Lash Legend or whatever.
NXT CHAMPIONSHIP

Prediction for Next Champions: Je'Von Evans?
Explanation: Well damn, I did not anticipate Ricky Saints would drop the title back to Oba Femi like that at Deadline. Now, I have to assume Evans is the next in line to finally tell that story to put him on top of the division.

Prediction for Next Champion: Jaida Parker? Sol Ruca? Tatum Paxley?
Explanation: I swear, I have been so wrong on all my predictions for the women's titles in NXT for the past year that I feel like no matter who I put down, WWE would actively look at this list and do the opposite! Obviously, that's not true, but it's been a wildly confusing ride. With Jordynne Grace leaving for the main roster, I'm back to tossing out a handful of names because I'm totally lost.

Explanation: They keep putting titles on people I don't anticipate, so while I wouldn't necessarily give Borne a belt right now, that probably means WWE is planning that, right? Reverse psychology? Or just a desperate attempt at a prediction after getting so many NXT title changes wrong in 2025?
NXT WOMEN'S NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP
Current Women's North American Champion: Izzi Dame
Prediction for Next Champion: Lola Vice or Tatum Paxley
Explanation: It's a shame it probably won't go back to Thea Hail. Right now, the suspects have to be Paxley to offset how she lost the NXT Women's Championship because of Dame, or maybe Lola Vice, who has been hovering this title for a long while, but I wouldn't count out Jaida Parker, either.

Explanation: I don't see it right now, but they do still seem to be pushing OTM as people to get invested in for the future, so this could be happening more at Stand & Deliver or something while I'm putting this prediction out at the very beginning of the year.

Prediction for Next Champions: I don't think WWE has any idea
Explanation: I'm all for this being a title given to people who are on the lower tier of NXT and need something without being too entrusted for a bigger storyline. If I'm looking at the roster, I'm probably pitching that Troy should drop the title down the line to someone like Tavion Heights or Charlie Dempsey, since they don't seem to want to really push those guys too too much. But I'd also think Andre Chase would have some fun with this. At the moment, I don't think WWE has any plans, and would be just as in the dark as any of us.

Explanation: I thought Legacy would win the inaugural title. They still want to keep him in title contention, but seem poised to keep him away from it for the time being. That makes me think their usual "lose, wait, come back, fight again and win" trope is going to happen here and Legacy will win the title down the road.
