AEW Women's World Championship: Toni Storm defeated Jamie Hayter at Double or Nothing on May 28. Hikaru Shida defeated Storm on Dynamite on August 2. Saraya defeated Shida, Storm, and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. in a four-way match at All In on August 27. Shida won the title back from Saraya on Dynamite: Title Tuesday on October 10. Storm defeated Shida at Full Gear on November 18.
AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Gunns defeated The Acclaimed on Dynamite on February 8. FTR defeated The Gunns in a title-versus-career match on Dynamite on April 5. Big Bill & Ricky Starks defeated FTR on Collision on October 7.
AEW TNT Championship: Darby Allin defeated Samoa Joe on Dynamite on January 4. Joe won it back on Dynamite on February 1. Wardlow defeated Joe at Revolution on March 5. Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Wardlow on Dynamite on March 8. Wardlow won it back on Dynamite on April 19. Luchasaurus defeated Wardlow on Collision on June 17. Christian Cage defeated Luchasaurus and Darby Allin in a three-way match on Collision on September 23. AEW Continental Championship: Eddie Kingston won the inaugural Continental Classic final at Worlds End on December 30, defeating Jon Moxley and also retaining the ROH World Championship and NJPW Strong Openweight Championship as part of the Continental Crown.
FTW Championship:Jack Perry defeated Hook on Dynamite: Blood & Guts on July 19; Hook won it back at All In Zero Hour on August 27.
AEW World Trios Championship: The Elite defeated Death Triangle in the seventh match of their best-of-seven series on Dynamite on January 11. House of Black defeated The Elite at Revolution on March 5. The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn defeated House of Black at All In on August 27.
AEW Real World Championship: CM Punk introduced the unofficial Real World Championship on Collision on July 29. The concept was dropped after Punk was fired by AEW on September 2.
Owen Hart Cup: Ricky Starks and Willow Nightingale won the Owen Hart Cup tournament finals on Collision on July 15, with Starks defeating CM Punk and Nightingale defeating Ruby Soho.
Dynamite Diamond Ring: Juice Robinson won the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale on Dynamite on October 18 to earn the ring match. MJF defeated Robinson on Dynamite on October 25 to retain the Dynamite Diamond Ring.
