ROH World Championship: Eddie Kingston defeated Claudio Castagnoli in a Winner Takes All match at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 20, also defending the NJPW Strong Openweight Championship.
ROH Women's World Championship: Athena held the ROH Women's World Championship for the full calendar year.
ROH World Television Championship: Samoa Joe vacated the title on Dynamite on November 8 to focus on the AEW World Championship. Kyle Fletcher defeated Komander, Bryan Keith, Lee Moriarty, Dalton Castle, and Lee Johnson in the Survival of the Fittest final at Final Battle on December 15 to win the vacant title.
ROH Pure Championship: Katsuyori Shibata defeated Wheeler Yuta at Supercard of Honor on March 31. Yuta won it back from Shibata on AEW Rampage, taped November 25 and aired November 25.
ROH World Tag Team Championship: The titles were vacated on AEW Rampage, taped March 8 and aired March 10, after Jay Briscoe's death. The Lucha Brothers defeated Top Flight, The Kingdom, Aussie Open, and La Faccion Ingobernable in the Reach for the Sky ladder match at Supercard of Honor on March 31 to win the vacant titles. Aussie Open defeated The Lucha Brothers, Best Friends, and The Kingdom in a four-way tag team match at Death Before Dishonor on July 21. Better Than You Bay Bay defeated Aussie Open at All In Zero Hour on August 27, marking the first time the ROH World Tag Team Championship changed hands on an AEW show. The Kingdom won the titles from MJF in a 2-on-1 handicap match at AEW Dynamite: New Year's Smash on December 27 under the guise of The Devil's Masked Men, later revealed at Worlds End.
ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship: The Elite defeated The Mogul Embassy at AEW Rampage: Grand Slam, taped September 20 and aired September 22, marking the first time the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship changed hands on an AEW show. The Mogul Embassy won the titles back from The Elite on AEW Dynamite on November 1.
