ROH World Championship: Jonathan Gresham entered Tony Khan's ownership period as champion after unifying the title with Bandido at Supercard of Honor XV on April 1. Claudio Castagnoli defeated Gresham at Death Before Dishonor on July 23. Chris Jericho defeated Castagnoli at Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 21. Castagnoli won it back from Jericho at Final Battle on December 10.
ROH Women's World Championship: Deonna Purrazzo is listed as incoming champion because her January title win predated Tony Khan's ROH purchase. Mercedes Martinez defeated Willow Nightingale at Supercard of Honor XV on April 1 to become interim champion. Martinez defeated Purrazzo in a unification match on Dynamite on May 4 to become undisputed champion. Athena defeated Martinez at Final Battle on December 10.
ROH World Television Championship: Samoa Joe defeated Minoru Suzuki on Dynamite on April 13.
ROH Pure Championship: Wheeler Yuta defeated Josh Woods at Supercard of Honor XV on April 1. Daniel Garcia defeated Yuta on Dynamite on September 7. Yuta won it back from Garcia at Final Battle on December 10.
ROH World Tag Team Championship: FTR defeated The Briscoe Brothers at Supercard of Honor XV on April 1. The Briscoe Brothers won the titles back from FTR in a Double Dog Collar match at Final Battle on December 10.
ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship: Dalton Castle & The Boys entered Tony Khan's ownership period as champions after winning the titles before the purchase period. The Embassy defeated Castle & The Boys at Final Battle on December 10.
