AEW World Championship: CM Punk defeated "Hangman" Adam Page at Double or Nothing on May 29. Jon Moxley defeated Punk on Dynamite on August 24. Punk won it back in a match against Moxley at All Out on September 4. The title was vacated on Dynamite on September 7. Moxley defeated Bryan Danielson in the Tournament of Champions final on Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 21 to win the vacant title. MJF defeated Moxley at Full Gear on November 19.
AEW Women's World Championship: Thunder Rosa defeated Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. in a steel cage match on Dynamite: St. Patrick's Day Slam on March 16. Toni Storm defeated Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Hikaru Shida in a four-way match at All Out on September 4 to become interim champion. Thunder Rosa relinquished the title on Dynamite on November 23, making Storm's reign officially recognized as lineal. Jamie Hayter defeated Storm at Full Gear on November 19, originally as interim champion before being recognized as lineal champion after Rosa relinquished the title.
AEW TNT Championship: Sammy Guevara defeated Cody Rhodes on Dynamite: Beach Break on January 26 in a ladder match to unify Guevara's interim title with Rhodes' lineal title. Scorpio Sky defeated Guevara on Dynamite on March 9. Guevara won it back from Sky at Battle of the Belts II, taped April 15 and aired April 16. Sky won it back from Guevara on Dynamite on April 27 in a ladder match. Wardlow defeated Sky in a street fight on Dynamite on July 6. Samoa Joe defeated Wardlow and Powerhouse Hobbs in a three-way match at Full Gear on November 19.
AEW TBS Championship: Jade Cargill defeated Ruby Soho in the tournament final on Dynamite on January 5 to become the inaugural TBS Champion.
AEW All-Atlantic Championship: Pac defeated Miro, Malakai Black, and Clark Connors in the tournament final at Forbidden Door on June 26 to become the inaugural All-Atlantic Champion. Orange Cassidy defeated Pac on Dynamite on October 12.

Swerve In Our Glory defeated The Young Bucks and Team Taz in a three-way match on Dynamite: Fyter Fest Night 1 on July 13. The Acclaimed defeated Swerve In Our Glory on Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 21.
AEW World Trios Championship: The Elite defeated "Hangman" Adam Page and The Dark Order at All Out on September 4 in the tournament final to become the inaugural World Trios Champions. The titles were vacated on Dynamite on September 7. Death Triangle defeated Best Friends on Dynamite on September 7 to win the vacant titles.
Owen Hart Cup: Adam Cole and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. won the Owen Hart Foundation tournament finals at Double or Nothing on May 29.
