Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

10. Chad Gable [NR]

Chad Gable's reign as Men's Intercontinental Champion survived the challenge of Dragon Lee in front of a partisan Mexican crowd, in yet another well-received match.

9. La Catalina [NR]

At TripleMania, La Catalina shoved Tony Mango's previous critiques down his throat by capturing the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship from Flammer.

8. El Grande Americano [NR]

In one of the most predictable yet heartwarming main events in modern memory, El Grande Americano became the new AAA World Heavyweight Champion at TripleMania by beating down Dominik Mysterio and the rest of the heel brigade.

7. Rey Fenix [+1]

For winning the first WWE match to break Dave Meltzer's 5-star scale, and retaining the AAA Cruiserweight Championship in the process, Rey Fenix rises up the ranks, despite being pinned in his Money in the Bank qualifier on SmackDown.

6. Kelani Jordan [-4]

The NXT Women's Champion made her Raw debut on Monday, but couldn't carry her momentum into a victory in her Money in the Bank qualifier, falling to defeat to another Raw debutant, Lola Vice.

5. Roman Reigns [NR]

Every now and again, Roman Reigns reminds the world that he can be one of the best bell-to-bell wrestlers in the world. In Raw's main event in Mexico City, he survived a great battle with PENTA to successfully defend his World Heavyweight Championship.

4. Stephanie Vaquer [NR]

That rarest of events, a title change at a WWE house show, occurred this week, as Stephanie Vaquer stepped up in front of her fellow Chileans in the crowd to beat Liv Morgan and once more become the new Women's World Champion.

3. Trick Williams [+1]

Back holding the Men's United States Championship, Trick Williams may have another prize in his sights very soon. His victory over Randy Orton and Rey Fenix on SmackDown secured Trick's spot in the upcoming Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

2. The Vanity Project [+1]

The trio of NXT Champions continue to run wild on Tuesday nights, as this week it was the turn of the tag champs Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes to pick up a win over Cruz Montana & EK Prosper.

1. Sami Zayn [No Change]

At the second time of asking, Sami Zayn finally has a successful WWE Championship defense to his name. He defeated his on-again, off-again friend/rival Kevin Owens in SmackDown's main event to extend his reign beyond the first week.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Je'Von Evans - On Raw, Je'Von Evans leaped past Big Cass and Austin Theory to earn his spot in the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Lola Vice - The Women's Money in the Bank is also starting to fill up, as Lola Vice made an impactful debut by beating Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan.

DarkState - With the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic returning, DarkState warmed up with a win over Sean Legacy & Dorian Van Dux.

Mason Rook - After last week's Six-Man Tag victory, Mason Rook overcame his previous partners Tony D'Angelo and Saquon Shugars to earn a shot at the NXT Men's Championship.

Jacy Jayne - The Women's United States Champion booked her spot in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match against Jade Cargill and Alexa Bliss.
