Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

10. Randy Orton [NR]

In the main event of the first Sunday Night's Main Event, Randy Orton capitalized on Cody Rhodes's hesitancy to land the killer blow to collect a victory against his former protege.

9. The War Raiders [NR]

With SmackDown rolling into Mexico City, The War Raiders successfully defended their AAA World Tag Team Championships against the now-disbanded pair of Damian Priest & R-Truth.

8. Rey Fenix [+2]

That wasn't the only AAA Championship that showed up on SmackDown. Rey Fenix also put his AAA Cruiserweight Championship on the line versus Ricky Saints, and his victory ensured the belt remained around his waist.

7. CM Punk [-6]

After two championships that were defended on SmackDown, it's time for one that was lost. Thanks to interference by Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae and Kevin Owens during his match with Sami Zayn, CM Punk is now a former WWE Men's Champion.

6. Chelsea Green [NR]

SmackDown was packed full of championship matches, and the final one we're discussing here is Chelsea Green achieving a successful first defense of her Interim WWE Women's Championship against Nia Jax.

5. Liv Morgan [NR]

Chelsea Green's title was not the only major Women's Championship at stake this week. Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer had their "long-awaited" rematch for the Women's World Championship, and her reign survived thanks to help from Judgment Day.

4. Trick Williams [NR]

Trick Williams took full advantage of Lil Yachty's heroics at Sunday Night's Main Event, toppling Baron Corbin to regain the Men's United States Championship.

3. Jackson Drake [+2]

There were two first-time title defenses on this week's NXT. This included Jackson Drake defeating Tavion Heights to keep hold of his newly won Men's North American Championship.

2. Kelani Jordan [+2]

Completing this double act is Kelani Jordan also retaining her NXT Women's Championship for the first time over Jaida Parker.

1. Sami Zayn [NR]

It took several intentional and unintentional interferences from friends and foes alike, but Sami Zayn became a two-time WWE Men's Champion in Mexico City when he pinned CM Punk in SmackDown's main event.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Jade Cargill & The Baddies - At Sunday Night's Main Event, this indomitable trio picked up another win, this time over Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss & Tatum Paxley.

Bron Breakker - The road to Money in the Bank started with Bron Breakker earning his ladder match place by beating Ethan Page and Rey Mysterio.

Sol Ruca - Onto the Women's Ladder Match, and it was Sol Ruca who advanced at the expense of Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri.

Tony D'Angelo, Mason Rook & Saquon Shugars - This odd trio will fight next week for the right to challenge for the NXT Men's Championship after they won Tuesday's Six-Man Tag against Cruz Montana, Keanu Carver & EK Prosper.

Nikki Bella - Back to SmackDown one last time for Nikki Bella beating Paige in a Divas Era tribute match.
