Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Stephanie Vaquer [-7]
One of the only champions not to defend their title this week, Stephanie Vaquer was instead attacked backstage by her recent rival Raquel Rodriguez. Now with an injured ankle, it's up in the air if or when she will defend the Women's World Championship again.9. Izzi Dame [NR]
Tuesday night started badly for Izzi Dame, as she lost to her former partner Tatum Paxley in NXT's opening contest. But she returned later in the show to answer Thea Hail's open challenge, and ended the night as the new Women's North American Champion.8. Jacy Jayne [NR]
Meanwhile the NXT Women's Champion, Jacy Jayne, extended her reign with a victory over the rising star Kendal Grey, albeit due to some interference from Fatal Influence.7. Oba Femi [NR]
Oba Femi again showed why he is the dominant force in NXT, successfully defending his championship against TNA's Leon Slater. Or should I say "was" the most dominant force, as he relinquished the belt immediately afterwards, signalling his move to the main roster.6. Becky Lynch [NR]
Becky Lynch's time apart from the Women's Intercontinental Championship was only fleeting, as she won it back at the first opportunity against Maxxine Dupri on Raw.5. Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky [NR]
More women's gold changed hands on Raw, as Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky overcame The Kabuki Warriors to begin their first reign as Women's Tag Team Champions.4. CM Punk [NR]
In a battle of generations, the veteran wiles of CM Punk won out over the youthful energy of Bron Breakker on Raw, meaning Punk retained his World Heavyweight Championship.3. Drew McIntyre [NR]
However, there was a new WWE Champion crowned over on SmackDown. Thanks to Jacob Fatu's chaotic interference, Drew McIntyre slipped out of the Steel Cage to defeat Cody Rhodes in their 3 Stages of Hell battle, launching his third reign with the big belt.2. Giulia [No Change]
Only a week after reclaiming the Women's United States Championship, Giulia enjoyed the first successful title defense of her second reign against Alexa Bliss on SmackDown.1. Carmelo Hayes [No Change]
Proving that the secret to staying atop the Power Rankings is to win the Men's United States Championship, Carmelo Hayes retained the title on SmackDown in an open challenge match against Shinsuke Nakamura.HONORABLE MENTIONS

Trick Williams - In his SmackDown debut, Trick Williams pinned Rey Fenix to make a successful start on the blue brand.
The MFTs - SmackDown's big eight-man tag saw The MFTs emerge victorious over The Wyatt Sicks.
Jordynne Grace - Another SmackDown debutant Jordynne Grace also won her first match, with Alba Fyre the unfortunate victim in this instance.
