Cassidy nearly won by count-out after knocking Takeshita into the crowd, but Takeshita returned to the ring at the last possible moment. The victory made Takeshita the first wrestler to clinch a place in the Continental Classic semifinals.
  • Gabe Kidd delivered a video message while sitting on the same staircase where the Death Riders had previously thrown Darby Allin. Kidd reviewed their escalating violence and called for Allin to face him at Worlds End.
  • Bang Bang Gang praised FTR's reputation but disputed the finish of their recent AEW World Tag Team Championship match. Juice Robinson challenged FTR to a Chicago Street Fight at Worlds End.
  • Continental Classic Blue League Match: Mascara Dorada (6) defeated Roderick Strong (0) by pinfall after a shooting star press. Dorada remained alive in the tournament while Strong finished without a victory.

  • MJF defeated Dustin Waller by submission with Salt of the Earth. MJF attempted to speak after the match, but "Hangman" Adam Page and Swerve Strickland appeared on separate balconies. The Opps Dojo tried to intercept them before Samoa Joe revealed the confrontation had been a training exercise. Page struck MJF with a chain-wrapped fist, Swerve hit the House Call and Page choked MJF with the chain while Swerve delivered a promo about MJF's ego and history of damaging his allies.
  • AEW Women's World Tag Team Champions Babes of Wrath discussed their first title defense against Mercedes Mone and Athena at Worlds End. Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron also promoted their Christmas Collision match against Maya World and Hyan.
  • Dynamite Diamond Ring Final: ROH World Champion Bandido defeated AEW National Champion Ricochet by pinfall to win the Dynamite Diamond Ring and earn an AEW World Championship match at Maximum Carnage. • Lexy Nair interviewed Darby Allin after he was medically cleared. Gabe Kidd attacked from behind and threw Allin down the same staircase featured earlier in the show.

  • Lexy Nair interviewed Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks after their million-dollar victory at Holiday Bash.
