Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. AJ Styles & Dragon Lee [NR]
The odd pairing of AJ Styles & Dragon Lee continued to find success on Raw, winning their rematch with The Judgment Day to retain their World Tag Team Championships.9. Kelani Jordan [+1]

The NXT Women's Champion was on the losing end of a Six-Woman Tag on Tuesday's show, as Tatum Paxley, Lola Vice & Izzi Dame succumbed to Fatal Influence.7. Dominik Mysterio [NR]
At Saturday Night's Main Event, Dominik Mysterio retained his Intercontinental Championship against both Rusev and PENTA, making him the only champion from WrestleMania 41 still in possession of his gold.6. Chelsea Green [NR]
After hopping over to Mexico to win the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships with Ethan Page, Chelsea Green stole the Women's United States Championship from Giulia in less than 2 minutes on SmackDown.5. Charlotte Flair & Alex Bliss [-3]
The Women's Tag Team Champions learned on Raw that their next challengers will be The Kabuki Warriors, before Charlotte Flair suffered a loss to Nia Jax on SmackDown.4. Cody Rhodes [NR]
Thanks to a DDT planting Drew McIntyre onto the title belt, Cody Rhodes successfully defended his WWE Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event.3. Jade Cargill [NR]
In a complete squash on Saturday Night's Main Event, Jade Cargill crushed Tiffany Stratton to become the new WWE Women's Champion.2. CM Punk [NR]
With no Seth Rollins in sight to ruin this moment, CM Punk ended the week as the World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Jey Uso at Saturday Night's Main Event for the vacant title.1. Ilja Dragunov [No Change]
