Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. The Culling [NR]
On NXT, The Culling combined forces to win an 8-Person Tag Match against the NXT Tag Team Champions Hank & Tank, Women's North American Champion Sol Ruca & Zaria.9. The LWO [NR]
Not a team that I anticipated making the Power Rankings this year, but on Raw The LWO's Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro won a Triple Threat Match to earn the next shot at Judgment Day's World Tag Team Championships.8. Gunther [-3]
With his challenger set for SummerSlam, Gunther exchanged words with CM Punk in the opening of this week's Raw.7. Jacy Jayne [+1]
Only lifting Jacy Jayne one place after capturing the TNA Knockouts Championship at Slammiversary may seem a little harsh. But it wasn't a WWE-branded event (despite what the results suggest), so be grateful she's even moving up one spot.6. Stephanie Vaquer [+1]
In a first-time match on Raw, Stephanie Vaquer picked up a victory over Iyo Sky, admittedly only by disqualification after interference from The Secret Hervice.5. Naomi [-3]
The newly crowned Women's World Champion also attempted to get a cheap attack on Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer on Raw, but Rhea Ripley fought Naomi and The Secret Hervice away.4. Tiffany Stratton [-3]
Tiffany Stratton also got into an altercation with The Secret Hervice this week, this time on SmackDown, where she helped her SummerSlam challenger Jade Cargill fight off a post-match attack by the trio.3. Oba Femi [+6]
In the main event of Tuesday's NXT, Oba Femi fought off the dual threat of Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura to extend his long reign as NXT Champion even further.2. Jade Cargill [+1]
Jade Cargill picked up a win over Chelsea Green on SmackDown to build more momentum for her WWE Women's Championship match at SummerSlam, but needed help from champ Tiffany Stratton to fight off The Secret Hervice after the bell.1. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez [+3]
The Judgment Day duo preserved their reign as Women's Tag Team Champions on Raw against Bayley & Lyra Valkyria. They then hopped over to SmackDown, where Roxanne Perez picked up a singles win over Alexa Bliss.HONORABLE MENTIONS
Sheamus - In a rematch from a few weeks earlier, Sheamus scored the victory over Rusev this time on Raw.
Karrion Kross - There was another rematch later on Raw, as Karrion Kross avenged his defeat to Sami Zayn from Night of Champions.
Jasper Troy - Albeit by count out, Jasper Troy defeated former North American Champion Ricky Saints on NXT.
Blake Monroe - In her first singles match since debuting in NXT, Blake Monroe was victorious over Wren Sinclair.
Jacob Fatu - On SmackDown, Jacob Fatu beat The Miz fairly comfortably, but suffered a post-match assault by Solo Sikoa and the MFTs.
