WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #553 - Surprise Title Changes On NXT | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Sol Ruca [NR]

At NXT Battleground, Sol Ruca withstood the challenge of Kelani Jordan to preserve her reign as Women's North American Champion.

9. The New Day [NR]

The New Day fought off both The War Raiders and The Creed Brothers on Raw to retain their World Tag Team Championships.

8. Zelina Vega [NR]

It was two wins in a week for Zelina Vega. First, Vega successfully defended the Women's United States Championship against Chelsea Green at Saturday Night's Main Event. She followed this with a win on SmackDown against Green's cohort Alba Fyre.

7. Ethan Page [NR]

A noteworthy episode of NXT kicked off with Ethan Page capturing the Men's North American Championship from Ricky Starks, setting up a four-way title defense at Worlds Collide.

6. Tiffany Stratton [-5]

The WWE Women's Champion tumbles down the rankings after a non-wrestling week, where both Naomi and Alexa Bliss confronted her.

5. Seth Rollins [NR]

Seth Rollins' new faction expanded at Saturday Night's Main Event, as Bronson Reed joined the group to help Rollins & Bron Breakker defeat CM Punk & Sami Zayn. Rollins then secured his place in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match by beating Zayn and Finn Balor on Raw.

4. Oba Femi [NR]

Despite a valiant effort by Myles Borne, Oba Femi unsurprisingly retained his NXT Championship at NXT Battleground.

3. Jacy Jayne [NR]

In one of the most shocking title changes for a long time, Jacy Jayne capitalized on interference from her Fatal Influence sister to defeat Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT Women's Championship.

2. Trick Williams [NR]

The main event of NXT Battleground crowned a new TNA Champion, as Trick Williams defeated Joe Hendry to capture another promotion's top title.

1. Jey Uso [NR]

A title that didn't change hands this week was the World Heavyweight Championship, as Jey Uso was victorious over Logan Paul at Saturday Night's Main Event.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

John Cena - The WWE Champion beat his biggest fan, R-Truth, comfortably at Saturday Night's Main Event before joining forces with Logan Paul.

Damian Priest - Much to Jesse Ventura's fury, Damian Priest defeated Drew McIntyre at Saturday Night's Main Event by walking out of their Steel Cage Match.

PENTA - With his victory over Chad Gable and Dragon Lee on Raw, PENTA secured a place in the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Naomi - In SmackDown's opening match, Naomi earned a spot in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match over Jade Cargill and Nia Jax.

Andrade El Idolo - The week's final Money in the Bank qualifier saw Andrade El Idolo advance with a win over Jacob Fatu and Carmelo Hayes.

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?
