ROH World Championship: Bandido defeated Chris Jericho at AEW Dynasty on April 6 in a Title vs. Mask match.
ROH Women's World Championship: Athena held the ROH Women's World Championship for the full calendar year.
ROH World Television Championship: Nick Wayne defeated Komander at AEW Collision: Spring BreakThru on April 17.
ROH Women's World Television Championship: Mina Shirakawa defeated Miyu Yamashita, Persephone, and Yuka Sakazaki in a four-way match at Supercard of Honor on July 11 to become interim champion while Red Velvet was unable to compete due to injury. Mercedes Moné defeated Shirakawa at AEW WrestleDream on October 18 in a Winner Takes All open challenge where Moné also defended the AEW TBS Championship. Moné defeated Red Velvet on AEW Collision on November 19 to become the undisputed champion, which is officially recognized as the end of Velvet's reign and the start of Moné's. Red Velvet won the title back from Moné at Final Battle on December 5.
ROH Pure Championship: Lee Moriarty held the ROH Pure Championship for the full calendar year.
ROH Women's Pure Championship: Deonna Purrazzo defeated Billie Starkz in the tournament final at Final Battle on December 5 to become the inaugural champion.

La Faccion Ingobernable won the vacant titles at Death Before Dishonor on August 29, with Rush & Sammy Guevara defeating The Outrunners. The titles were vacated again on ROH TV on November 28 after Rush suffered a knee injury. Sammy Guevara & The Beast Mortos won the vacant titles at Final Battle on December 5 by defeating Adam Priest & "Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington.
