The drizzling shits! There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about this so called contest.

Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross vs Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler
The winners of this match would qualify for Money in the Bank, however, the focus appeared to be on Nikki Cross' new superhero persona. The match itself was as middling as you would expect, with Cross securing the pinfall victory with a rollup on Shayna Baszler. Not good, in all honesty.

Zoey Stark & Io Shirai vs Aliyah & Jessi Kamea
As an NXT television match, this was not a bad effort at all. Although Aliyah does not show signs of being a household name, the improvement in her ring presence is steadily improving. Zoey Stark and Io Shirai worked well as a team, with all four women working well to put on an entertaining match. Shirai won the contest for her team with a Moonsault, reiterating how she still remains a clear and dangerous threat.

AEW Saturday Night Dynamite
The Bunny vs Kris Statlander
This was a fine contest, featuring some of The Bunny's best work in recent weeks. Kris Statlander worked hard to bring the best out of The Bunny, playing the face in peril well. The finish of the match had Orange Cassidy neutralise the cheating element of The Bunny, allowing Statlander to hit the Big Bang Theory for the pinfall victory.

Impact Wrestling
Rosemary vs Kiera Hogan
Rosemary had the majority of the control in this match, allowing her to come off as an extremely strong threat. Rosemary has had a few dominant weeks recently, which means that Kiera Hogan's loss does not really detract from her own momentum. Hogan came close to winning the match with a Roundhouse Kick, only for Rosemary to connect with an As Above So Below for the pinfall victory. Fun, if not a little brief.

Deonna Purrazzo vs Susan
Deonna Purrazzo is now entering X-Pac territory in terms of fan indifference. The Knockout's Champion is unfortunately stinking up the joint, and this match was yet more evidence of the need to have someone new carry the belt. Purrazzo made Susan tap to an Armbar, but it was all about Kimber Lee being set up as her next challenger post match.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown
Liv Morgan vs Carmella
If Liv Morgan was able to defeat Carmella, she would be added to the women's Money in the Bank match. I enjoyed this contest as both women seemed motivated, but it was Morgan who was able to secure the pinfall victory to underline her credentials. Overall, this was not a bad contest.

MATCH OF THE WEEK:
Zoey Stark & Io Shirai vs Aliyah & Jessi Kamea
With a very disappointing week of women's wrestling, this was the only real choice for Match of the Week.

Two wins in a row over Carmella suggests that Liv Morgan is about to receive a significant push, and to be honest, she has earned it!
