AEW Title Change: First AEW TNT Champion Crowned at Double or Nothing 2020 | Smark Out Moment
The AEW TNT Championship Tournament has come to a close as Cody defeated Lance Archer to become the first-ever TNT champion, winning the title at Double or Nothing on May 23, 2020.

My immediate reaction: Big, big fan of Cody being the first champion for this title's lineage. It just makes so much sense that if they would have gone in a different direction, it would have been mind-boggling to me. He should put a real stamp on this belt for the future and make it his own.
