The second annual Smark Out Moment 2019 CHAMPSGIVING tournament continues as we strive to determine who was the best Hardcore Champion in WWE of all time.


The results from Round 4's Final Four are in and the winners are as follows (and can be found in more detail here):

Rob Van Dam defeated Jeff Hardy
The Undertaker defeated Bubba Ray Dudley
