WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #239 - Fallout from the Superstar Shake-Up | Smark Out Moment
Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. The IIconics [-4]

Now The IIconics have realized their dreams of becoming Women's Tag Team Champions, they are now receiving the classic WWE champion booking. That means they lost on Raw against the thrown-together team of Bayley and Naomi, before being on the losing end of an eight-woman tag on SmackDown Live.

9. Roman Reigns [NR]

The Big Dog has a new yard to prowl. After helping Seth Rollins and AJ Styles defeat Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley on Raw, Roman Reigns arrived on SmackDown with a bang, spearing through Elias and punching out Vince McMahon.

8. Bayley [NR]

Based on the reaction she received on SmackDown, this might not be a popular choice to feature on this week's Power Rankings. But, Bayley's free from Sasha Banks and on a new brand, helping Naomi defeat The IIconics on her way out of Raw before finding herself on the winning side of SmackDown's eight-woman tag match.

7. Velveteen Dream [NR]

After barely overcoming Matt Riddle at TakeOver: New York, Velveteen Dream had another tough North American Championship defense on this week's NXT against recent SmackDown acquisition and former Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy. But once again Dream stood tall and continues his Purple Reign.

6. Shayna Baszler [+4]

Shayna Baszler successfully defended the NXT Women's Championship and banished Kairi Sane from the yellow brand once and for all. Cruelly crushing her greatest rival's arm in the process, Baszler's dominant second reign as champion continues to pick up steam, with Io Shirai seemingly next in her crosshairs.

5. Finn Balor [No Change]

A mixed week for the Intercontinental Champion. On his final night as part of the Raw brand, Finn Balor was bested by former SmackDown superstar Andrade. But the next night Balor became a member of Team Blue, defeating Ali in a fun match.

4. Johnny Gargano [No Change]

Johnny Champion received a rousing reception on his return to Full Sail University as the new NXT Champion before engaging in a war of words with Adam Cole. A blindside attack by Roderick Strong allowed the Undisputed Era to get the upper hand and left Gargano laid out.

3. Seth Rollins [No Change]

It's taking a while to get used to seeing the Universal Championship every week again, but Seth Rollins is still on a winning streak. The Beastslayer teamed with Roman Reigns and Raw debutant AJ Styles to defeat Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley in the night's main event.

2. The New Day [No Change]

The New Day will be a man down for the foreseeable future after Big E's injury, but Kofi Kingston is still WWE Champion and the feel-good factor is far from over. Kingston, Xavier Woods and honorary New Day member Kevin Owens teamed up to defeat Cesaro, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown.

1. Becky Lynch [No Change]

With Becky Two Belts' next challenger confirmed as Lacey Evans, she warmed up for this upcoming title defense with a victory over Ruby Riott on Raw, before making her presence felt on SmackDown Live and encouraging any other woman to step up and challenge her.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Andrade - Andrade made a big impression on his first night as part of Raw, defeating the Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor before his departure to SmackDown.

AJ Styles - For the first time since the brand split began, AJ Styles finds a new house to build on Monday Night Raw. The Phenomenal One laid the foundations for this by teaming with Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns to defeat the tiresome trio of Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley.

The Usos - Another pairing that's making their first foray onto the Raw brand in a long time is The Usos, who announced their arrival on Team Red by defeating former Tag Team Champions Bobby Roode & Chad Gable.

Asuka & Kairi Sane - The Women's Tag Team division became a lot more interesting with the unification of Asuka & Kairi Sane under Paige's management. They won the eight-woman tag match on SmackDown Live, but Sane was unsuccessful in her final match with NXT against Shayna Baszler.

Kevin Owens - Receiving a true hero's welcome in Montreal, the brilliant babyface Kevin Owens became an honorary member of The New Day on SmackDown, teaming with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to defeat Cesaro, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura.

BIGGEST MOVES THIS WEEK

Shayna Baszler +4
The IIconics -4
