WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: 8/20/2016

Posted by Ben Guest Saturday, August 20, 2016
Welcome to another edition of Power Rankings from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. Alberto Del Rio

Alberto Del Rio lost against John Cena on SmackDown. He was then suspended for his first violation of the Wellness Policy, as were Paige and Eva Marie.

24. Dudley Boyz

Dudley Boyz lost against The New Day on Raw.

23. Sheamus

Sheamus lost against Sami Zayn on Raw.

22. Natalya

Natalya lost against Becky Lynch and Carmella on SmackDown.

21. Alexa Bliss

There is no need for to women's title's, but at least they're trying to compete with the women's division on Raw.

20. Charlotte

Charlotte beat Alicia Fox on Raw.

19. Carmella

Carmella beat Natalya and Alexa Bliss on SmackDown.

18. Becky Lynch

I like this way of building Alexa Bliss and Carmella as women of the 'new era' whilst keeping Becky Lynch and Natalya relevant.

17. Rusev

Rusev cut a promo with Roman Reigns before losing against him on Raw

16. Roman Reigns

See above. This is proving quite an effective was of rebuilding Roman.

15. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn beat Sheamus on Raw.

14. Nia Jax

Nia Jax won a squash match on Raw.

13. The New Day

The New Day beat Dudley Boyz on Raw. Time for new champs.

12. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler appeared on MizTV on SmackDown.

11. The Wyatt Family

Erick Rowan lost against Dean Ambrose. Bray Wyatt then walked away from Erick Rowan, perhaps signifying the end of The Wyatt Family.

10. Randy Orton

Randy Orton lost against Heath Slater via DQ on SmackDown.

9. Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho

Kevin Owens lost against Big Cass via DQ on Raw.

8. Enzo and Cass

See above. This is better than the Tag Team Championship picture right now.

7. Heath Slater

Heath Slater cut a promo with Brock Lesnar on Raw before beating Randy Orton via DQ on SmackDown.

6. John Cena

John Cena beat Alberto Del Rio on SmackDown.

5. The Club

The Club beat Golden Truth on Raw.

4. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar cut a promo which included attacking Heath Slater on Raw.

3. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins called out 'The Demon King' Finn Balor on Raw.

2. Finn Balor

Finn Balor came out to his 'Demon' entrance on Raw. As amazing as it was, I can't help but feel it would have been more special if it happened for the first time at SummerSlam.

1. Dean Ambrose.

Dean Ambrose appeared on MizTV before beating Erick Rowan on SmackDown.

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?
