This 2013 WWE releases list is a year-by-year archive of WWE Superstars, wrestlers and on-screen talent who left the company during 2013. This resource tracks confirmed releases, roster departures, developmental exits, contract expirations and clearly labeled storyline firings from that calendar year.

WWE SUPERSTARS RELEASED IN 2013:

  • January 11 - Trent Barreta was released by WWE.
  • February 28 - Memo Montenegro was released by WWE.
  • March 7 - Judas Devlin was released by WWE.
  • May 17 - Anya, Brandon Traven, Brian Breaker, Briley Pierce, Derrick Bateman, and Percy Watson were released by WWE.
  • May 29 - Audrey Marie and Sakamoto were released by WWE.
  • June 20 - Matt Striker left WWE after his contract was not renewed.
  • August 1 - Garrett Dylan was released by WWE.
  • August 19 - Dante Dash was released by WWE.
  • September 1 - Ted DiBiase Jr. left WWE after choosing not to renew his contract.
  • September 11 - Jim Ross retired from WWE.
  • September 12 - Jake Carter, Luther Ward, and Malik Omari were released by WWE.
  • September 20 - Tony Dawson was released by WWE.
  • September 21 - Christina Vargas announced she had been granted her release from WWE
  • December 5 - Knuckles Madsen was released by WWE.
  • December 12 - Kassius Ohno was released by WWE.
  • December 18 - Eddie Edwards finished his WWE tryout/NXT stint.

WWE KAYFABE FIRINGS / STORYLINE EXITS IN 2013:

  • ๐ŸŽญ July 8 - Vickie Guerrero was fired as Raw managing supervisor in storyline.
  • ๐ŸŽญ September 2 - Cody Rhodes was fired by Triple H in storyline on Raw.
  • ๐ŸŽญ October 7 - Big Show was fired by Stephanie McMahon in storyline on Raw.
