This list tracks the most notable official babyface turns and heel turns that happened in WWE during the year 2011.
Keep in mind: when a babyface attacks another babyface, that is usually a heel turn. When a heel attacks another heel, it does not automatically make the victim a babyface. The follow-up presentation matters just as much as the initial attack.

- January 24 - Brie Bella and Nikki Bella turned heel on Raw by attacking Gail Kim after discovering Daniel Bryan kissing her backstage.
- February 21 - Kane turned babyface on Raw by reuniting with Big Show against The Corre.
- April 8 - Maryse turned babyface on NXT by continuing with the show and breaking away from Ted DiBiase Jr.
- April 12 - Darren Young turned heel on NXT by attacking Titus O'Neil after their match and trying to go after Hornswoggle.
- April 18 - R-Truth turned heel on Raw by attacking John Morrison after Morrison beat him for his spot in the WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules.
- April 22 - Layla turned babyface on SmackDown by being attacked by Michelle McCool during a LayCool storyline therapy segment, starting the breakup of the team.
- April 25 - Mark Henry turned heel on Raw by attacking John Cena and Christian after being drafted to SmackDown.
- May 6 - Ezekiel Jackson turned babyface on SmackDown by being betrayed and attacked by The Corre.
- May 23 - Alex Riley turned babyface on Raw by attacking The Miz after Miz fired him and blamed him for his failures.
- May 27 - Rosa Mendes turned heel on SmackDown by returning as the manager of Tamina and Alicia Fox against The Chickbusters.
- May 27 - Tamina turned heel on SmackDown by returning to the brand as a villain with Alicia Fox and Rosa Mendes against AJ Lee and Kaitlyn.
- May 27 - The Great Khali turned heel on SmackDown by attacking Ranjin Singh after Jinder Mahal interfered in Khali's direction and pushed him away from the Khali Kiss Cam comedy role.
- June 2 - The Usos turned babyface on Superstars by shifting into a feud with The Corre. This applies to Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso.
- June 3 - Christian turned heel on SmackDown by turning against Randy Orton after failing to regain the World Heavyweight Championship.
- June 23 - Sheamus turned babyface on SmackDown by standing up to Mark Henry, who was being presented as a bully.
- July 15 - Justin Gabriel turned babyface on SmackDown by splitting from Heath Slater and moving away from The Corre/Nexus heel direction.
- July 17 - CM Punk turned babyface through the Money in the Bank storyline, where the "pipe bomb" promo and Chicago title match against John Cena made him a fan favorite despite his anti-WWE stance.
- August 1 - Beth Phoenix turned heel on Raw by attacking Divas Champion Kelly Kelly after winning a battle royal to become No. 1 contender.
- August 5 - Natalya turned heel on SmackDown by attacking AJ Lee after their match, joining Beth Phoenix's anti-Divas direction.
- August 14 - Kevin Nash turned heel at SummerSlam by attacking CM Punk after Punk defeated John Cena to become undisputed WWE Champion, allowing Alberto Del Rio to cash in Money in the Bank.
- August 19 - Alicia Fox turned babyface on SmackDown by being attacked by Natalya after a tag team loss.
