Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

This week continued the slow crawl to Crown Jewel, as Cody Rhodes engaged in promos with Seth Rollins on Raw and SmackDown. Rhodes also teamed with Randy Orton in a defeat to The Vision's Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed on SmackDown.9. Stephanie Vaquer [-6]
Stephanie Vaquer was also left spinning her wheels as she awaits her Champion vs Champion match with Tiffany Stratton at Crown Jewel.8. Ethan Page [NR]
At No Mercy, Ethan Page continued his reign as North American Champion with his victory over Tavion Heights.7. ZaRuca [NR]
Sol Ruca also successfully defended a title at No Mercy, this time her Women's Speed Championship against Jaida Parker. Then she and Zaria took a trip to SmackDown to beat Chelsea Green & Alba Fyre.6. Je'Von Evans [NR]
It was three wins in one week for Je'Von Evans. First, Evans overcame his recent rival Josh Briggs at No Mercy. On the following NXT, Evans teamed with TNA's Leon Slater in a win over The Culling. Finally, Evans joined up with Rey Fenix to defeat Los Garzas on SmackDown.5. Dominik Mysterio [+3]
Thanks to a handful of tights, Dominik Mysterio sneaked a victory over Rusev on Raw to keep hold of his Intercontinental Championship.4. Jacy Jayne [NR]
The NXT Women's Champion Jacy Jayne fought back her latest challenger Lola Vice at No Mercy, as she prepares to lead Team NXT against Team TNA at their upcoming showdown.3. Ricky Saints [NR]
Oba Femi's 262-day reign as NXT Men's Champion came to an end in the main event of No Mercy, as Ricky Saints ascended to the summit with a surprising victory.2. The Vision [No Change]
Although Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed suffered a loss to The Usos on Raw, they bounced back on SmackDown with a win over Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton.1. Sami Zayn [No Change]
As long as Sami Zayn's Men's Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge keeps on rolling, he'll have a permanent residence at the top of the Power Rankings. This week, Zayn's latest victim was Aleister Black.HONORABLE MENTIONS
Jordynne Grace - Inside a Weaponized Steel Cage at No Mercy, Jordynne Grace finally was able to beat Blake Monroe.
Raquel Rodriguez - On Raw, Raquel Rodriguez was able to score a pin on the increasingly conflicted Bayley.
The Usos - Raw's Tornado Tag Team main event saw The Usos avenge their recent loss to The Vision's Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed.
Jaida Parker - Although she missed her chance at the Women's Speed Championship, Jaida Parker beat Lash Legend on NXT to earn a spot on Team NXT.
Myles Borne - Meanwhile the men's side of Team NXT welcomed Myles Borne after he got the better of Josh Briggs on Tuesday night.
