Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. The Wyatt Sicks [NR]
In the biggest TLC match of all time at SummerSlam (at least in terms of participants), The Wyatt Sicks withstood the challenges of The Street Profits, Motor City Machine Guns, DIY, Fraxiom and Andrade & Fenix to recover their WWE Tag Team Championships.9. Solo Sikoa [NR]
In a SummerSlam Steel Cage match "shockingly" full of interference, Solo Sikoa escaped to retain his United States Championship over Jacob Fatu. However, Sikoa would taste defeat on SmackDown against hometown boy Sami Zayn.8. CM Punk [NR]
For the first time since 2013, CM Punk held a WWE World Championship after surviving a war against Gunther in what was advertised as the SummerSlam Night 1 main event. However, his reign lasted mere minutes as Seth Rollins returned from "injury" to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase and take the title from his longtime nemesis Punk.7. Becky Lynch [NR]
Becky Lynch finally drew a line under her multi-month feud with Lyra Valkyria at SummerSlam, retaining her Women's Intercontinental Championship in their No DQ match and transitioning into a new rivalry with Nikki Bella on Raw.6. Dominik Mysterio [NR]
Using his boot as a weapon like his "real daddy" Eddie Guerrero, Dominik Mysterio stole a victory from AJ Styles at SummerSlam to defend his Intercontinental Championship. Mysterio followed this up with a more straightforward win over Dragon Lee on Raw.5. Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss [NR]
They may not be friends, but Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss are now Women's Tag Team Champions after their SummerSlam win over Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez. Flair & Bliss retained the titles in a rematch on Raw, while Flair also won a singles match on SmackDown against Chelsea Green.4. Naomi [+5]
Naomi's first defense of her Women's World Championship was a successful one, as she beat Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky in their SummerSlam Triple Threat to extend her reign.3. Cody Rhodes [NR]
Cody Rhodes brought "the real John Cena" back in the SummerSlam main event, withstanding what felt like 100 Attitude Adjustments to beat the retiring legend and regain the WWE Championship he lost at WrestleMania. Rhodes then teamed with Cena on SmackDown in a DQ win over Logan Paul & Drew McIntyre.2. Tiffany Stratton [+6]
In a result few people saw coming, Tiffany Stratton defended her WWE Women's Championship at SummerSlam against Jade Cargill, pinning her opponent in just 7 minutes.1. Seth Rollins [NR]
SummerSlam witnessed "The Heist of the Century 2: Electric Boogaloo", as Seth Rollins revealed his knee injury had been a ruse, allowing him to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on CM Punk and win the World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins then defended the title against LA Knight on Raw, retaining via DQ after Punk's interference.HONORABLE MENTIONS
