ZERO HOUR:

Over Budget Charity Battle Royal

RESULT: Hangman Adam Page won by last eliminating Brian Cage.
THOUGHTS: I enjoy battle royals. Fun match. Good to see Hangman get a victory on this event.

Trios Match: Athena, Mercedes Martinez and Diamante vs. Hikaru Shida, Willow Nightingale and Skye Blue

RESULT: Skye Blue gets the pin for her team.
THOUGHTS: Serviceable match that exists just to have more people on the card and not much else. Instantly forgettable before it even ended, but not bad or anything.

AEW World Trios Championship Match: The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass Billy Gunn vs. Jeff Jarrett, Santam Singh and Jay Lethal

RESULT: The Acclaimed retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Dennis Rodman hit Singh with the guitar. That was the big purpose of that. Meh.

MAIN CARD:

ROH World Tag Team Championship Match: Better Than You Bay Bay (Adam Cole and MJF) (c) vs. The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds and John Silver)

RESULT: Adam Cole and MJF retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: This was fun. I love MJF hamming it up with this babyface stuff. Having him taken out of the match so he can come back out for the big hot tag and all made me laugh.

ROH World Television Championship Match: Samoa Joe (c) vs. Shane Taylor

RESULT: Samoa Joe retained by submission.
THOUGHTS: This was a glorified squash. It wasn't just a 90 second affair, but Joe pretty much never stopped being in control. Don't give me this Shane Taylor opponent stuff on a pay-per-view like this. This clearly should've been on an episode of ROH instead of at a special event.

AEW TNT Championship Match: Luchasaurus (c) vs. Darby Allin

RESULT: Luchasaurus retained by pinfall
THOUGHTS: Fine enough match for my tastes. I'm glad the title didn't change hands.

Miro vs. Powerhouse Hobbs

RESULT: Miro won by submission
THOUGHTS: Solid match. Thumbs up. CJ Perry showing up after the match was a surprise, as was Miro walking off without her.

AEW TBS Championship Match: Kris Statlander (c) vs. Ruby Soho

RESULT: Kris Statlander retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Fine. I don't quite get why Toni Storm would take the spray paint away from Ruby Soho and just cost her the match, but whatever.

Strap Match: Ricky Starks vs. Bryan Danielson

RESULT: Bryan Danielson won by submission
THOUGHTS: Another very good match. Using the strap for the LeBell lock was the right ending.

Eddie Kingston and Katsuyori Shibata vs. Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta)

RESULT: Blackpool Combat Club was victorious by pinfall. Castagnoli pinned Kingston.
THOUGHTS: Snooze. This didn't keep my attention. My eyes are straining, to be honest. I would totally head off to bed if there weren't 3 matches left.

Kenny Omega vs. Konosuke Takeshita

RESULT: Konosuke Takeshita won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I'm sure I would have enjoyed this a lot more if I wasn't so tired. Too much wrestling lately with this, Payback, all the television, All In, etc. I've reached the overload capacity and now, I'm just wanting this to end so I can do something else and cleanse my palate or flat out go to sleep. But the match was good within a bubble and I know that. I just don't have it in me to be as connected to it at this moment. Thumbs up, but I wish I wasn't so worn out.

Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Bullet Club Gold vs. FTR and The Young Bucks

RESULT: Bullet Club Gold won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Tons of fun. This rocked.

AEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy (c) or Jon Moxley

RESULT: Jon Moxley won the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Great match. I don't know how anyone can not consider Orange Cassidy to be a top of the line star in AEW, especially after this match.
