- NXT Women's Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Scareway to Hell Ladder Match: Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne) are your new tag team champions after beating Io Shirai and Zoey Stark (c) and Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta
- Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams had to go through a haunted house rigged up by Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis to get back the NXT North American Championship. Part one, they're spooked outside and enter.
- Grayson Waller is the backup host of the night in lieu of LA Knight.
- Joe Gacy defeated Malik Blade by pinfall
- Vignette: Kay Lee Ray is pissed she doesn't get more respect after her long NXT UK Women's Championship run.
- At the Halloween Havoc party backstage, Waller checked on everyone and then saw Cameron Grimes strike out hitting on two girls.
- Roderick Strong defeated Odyssey Jones by pinfall.
- At the party, Cameron Grimes said he'll see Duke Hudson next week at the poker table and Xyon Quinn slammed Robert Stone through a table.
- NXT Women's Championship Trick or Street Fight: Raquel Gonzalez (c) lost the title by pinfall to Mandy Rose due in part to Dakota Kai interfering and hitting Gonzalez with a shovel.
- After bumping into Andre Chase (who got taken off by zombies), Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams fought their way out of Lumis's house and reattained the North American Championship.
- LA Knight finally came out to host the show. For some reason, Solo Sikoa came out and went after both Knight and Waller. Knight pushed Waller in front of him. Sikoa took him out and that gave Knight a chance to run off.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Imperium defeated MSK (c) to win the titles in a Lumber-Jack O' Lantern Match by pinfall.
- NXT Championship Match: Tommaso Ciampa (c) defeated Bron Breakker by pinfall to retain the title.
