- Roman Reigns acknowledges that the 'card subject to change' option was a clever ploy, but he refuses to admit that he was outsmarted. Adam Pearce comes out and says this has gone too far, but Reigns calls Pearce Kevin Owens' bitch. This sets up Adam Pearce vs Paul Heyman later on tonight.
- Sami Zayn comes out and chains himself to the barricade in the search of justice. He announces he is entering the Royal Rumble match.
- Charlotte Flair and Asuka defeated The Riott Squad by pinfall.
- Backstage, Ruby Riott kicks off with Billie Kay for costing them the victory. Kay announces Riott and Liv Morgan have an entry into the Royal Rumble match, whilst Riott adds that it would be for the best if The Riott Squad remained a twosome.
- Daniel Bryan comes out and hypes up the Royal Rumble, but he is interrupted by Cesaro, who claims Bryan will not be winning the match. Cesaro issues an open challenge for a match, which is answered by Dolph Ziggler.
- Cesaro defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall.
- A video package airs for Sasha Banks vs Reginald.
- Sasha Banks defeated Reginald by submission.
- Roman Reigns says Paul Heyman needs to compete tonight, as he did not sign a punk as his counsel.
- Apollo Crews defeated Big E by disqualification. Big E retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
- Sami Zayn hits Apollo Crews and Big E with Helluva Kicks.
- Michael Cole announces that Roman Reigns has left the Thunderdome. Kevin Owens appears by video call, running down Reigns.
- The Street Profits celebrate Sonya Deville's new job, but they ask for a rematch against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. She agrees, once Montez Ford is at 100%.
- Obstacle Course Challenge: Bianca Belair defeated Bayley.
- Bayley attacks Bianca Belair, slamming her into the obstacle course equipment.
- Dominik Mysterio tells Rey Mysterio that he is confident in his own abilities in the ring.
- King Corbin defeated Dominik Mysterio by pinfall.
- Paul Heyman tweaked his knee on the way to the ring, leading him to be replaced by Roman Reigns.
- Kevin Owens interefered on behalf of Adam Pearce, slamming Roman Reigns through the announce table.
- Roman Reigns vs Adam Pearce ended in a No Contest.
