WWE Title Change: New NXT Champion Crowned at NXT Super Tuesday

Posted by Anthony Mango Tuesday, September 8, 2020

The WWE NXT Championship has changed hands as Finn Balor defeated Adam Cole to win the vacated title at NXT Super Tuesday on September 8, 2020.

My immediate reaction: Kind of thought this would be their direction. It's the most fresh option out of the quartet and it just makes sense. I don't think splitting this up into two nights is going to make that much of a difference, and I'd rather have had Balor just win the first Iron Man match to begin with, but whatever.

Since this happened, be sure to check out the updated full list of title changes for this year and the list of current champions and my predictions for who will take the belts away from them.
