Karrion Kross defeated Danny Burch by submission. After Kross signed the contract Lee brought out, it's become official they'll fight for the NXT Championship at TakeOver 30. When Lee opened the contract back up, a fireball popped up in his face.
Drake Maverick vs Killian Dain was a no-contest because The Undisputed ERA attacked them, opening Adam Cole for a promo about Pat McAfee.
Santos Escobar defeated Tyler Breeze by pinfall.
Mia Yim defeated Indi Hartwell submission.
Bronson Reed defeated Damian Priest by pinfall.

Aliyah and Mercedes Martinez defeated Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter by pinfall.
Triple Threat Qualifying Match: Cameron Grimes defeated Kushida and Velveteen Dream.
