WWE Title Change: New SmackDown Women's Champion Crowned at Hell in a Cell 2019

The WWE SmackDown Women's Championship has changed hands as Charlotte Flair defeated Bayley to win the title during the Hell in a Cell 2019 pay-per-view.

My immediate reaction: Once Becky Lynch retained her title, I figured I would write this up as a title change. The match itself was bland.
