WWE Title Change: Seth Rollins Wins Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 34 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE Intercontinental Championship has changed hands as Seth Rollins defeated The Miz and Finn Balor to win the title at WrestleMania 34.

My immediate reaction: I had thought it was Balor's, but I started to get this odd feeling about Rollins. That being said, I didn't call this one, so it was surprising nonetheless.
