This week's episode of WWE NXT was taped on January 5, 2017 at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The following are spoilers for the results of what transpired during the show based on the original tapings. There is a chance WWE will edit things differently.

• Aliyah defeated Mandy Rose (this segment did not air)
• Ember Moon defeated Liv Morgan
• No Way Jose defeated Kona Reeves. Elias Samson gets involved with Jose after the match.
• Eric Young defeated Chris Atkins
• William Regal invites Asuka, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay and Nikki Cross to the ring. All hell breaks loose.
• Shinsuke Nakamura and Tajiri defeated Bobby Roode and Samoa Joe. Kassius Ohno makes his return after the match to indicate he's coming for the NXT Championship. (this segment did not air)
