Semifinals Match: Gran Metalik vs. Zack Sabre Jr.

RESULTS: Gran Metalik via pinfall (Metalik Driver)
THOUGHTS: Good match (then again, when has a match in this tournament not been good?) and I'm very surprised that Metalik that got the win.

After the match, he is given one of the medals and thanks the crowd.

Backstage, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa cut a promo about The Revival. DIY is coming for the titles.

Semifinals Match: Kota Ibushi vs. T.J. Perkins

RESULTS: T.J. Perkins via submission
THOUGHTS: SO GOOD! Happy to see Perkins win (and still rooting for him to win the full tournament as I've been doing for a few weeks now).

Regal awards Perkins his medal and talks about Metalik.

Backstage, Noam Dar and Cedric Alexander talk about facing DIY.

Sasha Banks is in the crowd, as is Kalisto, Rich Swann, Jack Gallagher, and Bayley.

DIY vs. Noam Dar & Cedric Alexander

RESULTS: Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa via pinfall
THOUGHTS: Terrible match...just kidding. Of course this was good. All four guys are talented and it was fun from start to finish.

Tournament Finals Match: Gran Metalik vs. T.J. Perkins

Triple H is ringside for the match. Kevin Owens is totally winning, right? He announces that the winner will also officially be crowned with the WWE Cruiserweight Championship belt (which unsurprisingly is silver with a purple strap).

RESULTS: T.J. Perkins via submission.
THOUGHTS: Every single match of this tournament has been good or great. The entirety of this whole concept has been executed so well, and while I don't think this was the best match throughout the tournament, I'm very glad that Perkins was crowned the winner. Well-deserved!
