Smark Out Moment

It was rumored that World Wrestling Entertainment would be releasing a few superstars today, and it that appears to be so. As of May 6, 2016, the following talents have been wished the best in all of their future endeavors:

• Alex Riley
• Hornswoggle
• Zeb Colter 
• El Torito
• Cameron
• Santino Marella
• King Barrett
• Damien Sandow

My reaction: I'm not surprised with this crop, although I'm disappointed Alex Riley never became something. I thought he had a lot of talent and wasn't utilized properly. Hornswoggle was in the company far longer than he should have been and Zeb Colter had run his course. El Torito is another Hornswoggle case. Cameron was an obvious incoming release for a while after not doing much for a long time. Santino is someone I didn't even know was still technically employed. Since I was a fan of Damien Sandow and King Barrett, those are upsetting.
