This list keeps track of the babyface turns and heel turns that happened in WWE throughout 2015.

KEEP IN MIND: When a babyface attacks another babyface, that is usually a heel turn. When a heel attacks another heel, it does not automatically make the victim a babyface. Follow-up booking determines whether an actual turn happened.

Also, sometimes, I update the heel and face index, but not as often as the updates you see below.

WWE HEEL AND FACE TURNS IN 2015:

  • January 5 - Paige turned babyface on Raw by saving Natalya from a post-match attack by Nikki Bella.
  • January 5 - Alicia Fox turned heel on Raw by attacking Naomi backstage and shifting away from her previous babyface alignment.
  • February 16 - Titus O'Neil turned babyface on Raw by saving Darren Young from The Ascension, leading to The Prime Time Players reuniting.
  • February 23 - Natalya turned heel on Raw by helping Tyson Kidd and Cesaro retain the WWE Tag Team Championship against The Usos.
  • March 4 - Emma turned heel on NXT by returning to the brand and starting a feud with Bayley.

  • March 30 - Sheamus turned heel on Raw by returning from injury with a new look and attacking Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler.
  • April 6 - The New Day turned heel on Raw by leaning into the negative fan reaction to their act. This applies to Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
  • April 13 - Naomi turned heel on Raw by attacking Paige after Paige eliminated her from a battle royal to determine the No. 1 contender to the Divas Championship.
  • April 13 - Fandango turned babyface on Raw by breaking away from Rosa Mendes and reconnecting with the crowd through his original dance entrance.
  • April 26 - Cesaro and Tyson Kidd turned babyface at Extreme Rules by working opposite The New Day after The New Day had shifted heel.
  • May 7 - Erick Rowan turned heel on SmackDown by reuniting with Luke Harper and returning to the former Wyatt Family monster role.
  • May 11 - Curtis Axel turned babyface on Raw by shaking hands with Damien Sandow after their match and moving into the comedy Mega Powers direction with him.
  • May 18 - Lana turned babyface on Raw by kissing Dolph Ziggler and breaking away from Rusev.
  • May 20 - Alexa Bliss turned heel at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable by helping Blake and Murphy retain the NXT Tag Team Championship against Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady.
  • June 15 - Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman turned babyface on Raw by returning to confront Seth Rollins and The Authority after Rollins had avoided defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Lesnar.
  • July 13 - Becky Lynch was confirmed as a babyface on Raw when she was called up from NXT and aligned with Paige and Charlotte as part of Team PCB.
  • September 7 - Diego and Fernando turned heel on Raw by attacking El Torito, ending the Los Matadores and El Torito partnership.
  • September 20 - Kane turned babyface at Night of Champions by returning as The Demon Kane, preventing Sheamus from cashing in Money in the Bank and attacking Seth Rollins.
  • September 21 - Paige turned heel on Raw by turning against Charlotte and Becky Lynch and cutting a worked-shoot promo on Team PCB during Charlotte's Divas Championship celebration.
  • September 21 - Natalya turned babyface on Raw by returning and confronting Paige after Paige turned against Charlotte and Becky Lynch.
  • September 30 - American Alpha turned babyface on NXT during the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic as positive fan reaction shifted Chad Gable and Jason Jordan into a babyface role.
  • November 4 - Samoa Joe turned heel on NXT by attacking Finn Balor after Balor's match with Apollo Crews.
  • December 14 - Mr. McMahon turned heel on Raw by returning to align with The Authority against Roman Reigns.

PENDING / UNCLEAR WWE HEEL AND FACE TURNS IN 2015:

  • March 12 - Mark Henry appeared to shift into a babyface role after his SmackDown interaction with Roman Reigns, but the turn was not built around one clear angle.
  • The Bella Twins worked more babyface after Naomi's April heel turn, then shifted back into heel roles during the Paige feud, so that stretch is too inconsistent to list as a clean turn.
  • July 19 - The Undertaker worked heelish against Brock Lesnar at Battleground, but the direction was temporary and he was back in a babyface role against The Wyatt Family later in the year.

At the beginning of this year, I made some predictions for who I think will end up turning face or heel at some point. I won't be altering these predictions at all throughout the entire year, so it'll be interesting to see who I'm right and wrong about. Anybody who I'm right about, I'll strikethrough.

PREDICTIONS FOR HEEL/FACE TURNS:

SUPERSTARS: Bad News Barrett (face), Big Show (probably both), Cesaro (face), Dean Ambrose (heel), Erick Rowan (heel), Fandango (face), Goldust (face), Cody Rhodes/Stardust (face), Jack Swagger (heel), Sheamus (heel)

DIVAS: Alicia Fox (multiple times), Brie Bella (face), Layla (multiple times if she even returns to action), Tamina Snuka (face)
