  • January 13 - Ryan Braddock was released by WWE.
  • January 16 - Hardcore Holly and Victoria were released by WWE.
  • January 19 - Gavin Spears was released by WWE.
  • February 17 - Scotty Goldman was released by WWE.
  • February 23 - Manu was released by WWE.
  • March 4 - The Boogeyman was released by WWE.
  • March 9 - Kizarny was released by WWE.
  • April 3 - Tazz left WWE.
  • April 5 - JBL retired after WrestleMania 25.
  • May 29 - Mr. Kennedy was released by WWE.
  • June 8 - Umaga was released by WWE.
  • June 19 - Candice Michelle and Sim Snuka were released by WWE.
  • July 30 - The Brian Kendrick was released by WWE.
  • August 8 - Ricky Ortiz was released by WWE.
  • August 10 - Hacksaw Jim Duggan was released by WWE.
  • August 14 - Eugene was released by WWE.
  • August 28 - Jeff Hardy left WWE after his contract expired.
  • September 21 - Lilian Garcia left WWE.
  • October 1 - Shane McMahon announced he would leave WWE.
  • November 24 - Alex Reynolds finished his WWE developmental/tryout stint.
