Win a Free Edge Funko Pop! Vinyl Figure with the WWE WrestleMania 37 Giveaway Contest

Posted by Smark Out Moment - Wednesday, March 31, 2021

WrestleMania 37 is too big for one night, so Smark Out Moment's giveaway contest is too big for one prize! Once again, we're partnering up with Fun.com to give out a special Funko Pop! figure to commemorate the Super Bowl of sports entertainment.

One of the headliners this year is The Rated-R Superstar, Edge. He'll have his work cut out for him as he faces both Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan in a Triple Threat match, but it will be 10 years to the day that he announced his retirement and The Ultimate Opportunist cannot be overlooked!

To celebrate what could be his next world title reign, Fun and Smark Out Moment are giving away one of these Edge vinyl figure Funko Pops to the lucky winner of our contest, which will be chosen after WrestleMania.

There are lots of ways to win (some you can do daily) so get your entries in while you can!

HOW TO WIN

NJPW G1 Climax 29 Predictions Contest and Tournament Preview

Posted by Callum Wiggins - Wednesday, July 3, 2019

Welcome to the Smark Out Moment predictions contest for the NJPW G1 Climax 29, taking place throughout July and August.

Every year, 20 of NJPW's top wrestlers compete across 91 matches for the opportunity to headline Wrestle Kingdom on January 4 with the IWGP Heavyweight Championship on the line. 2019's edition is no exception, and is arguably among the most stacked line-ups of talent involved in the tournament's long history.

So, to celebrate this annual occasion, for the first time we have put together a special predictions contest where you can vote on how you think the G1 Climax will go. Who will score the most points in their respective block? Who will wrestle the longest amount of time across their nine matches? Who will emerge on August 12 as the overall winner?

Let us know your answers to all these questions and more by filling out the Google Form below. The winner gets a special shout-out on the Smack Talk podcast!

How Does The G1 Climax Work?

If you are not familiar with the G1 Climax or NJPW in general, but would still like to take part, here is a quick breakdown of how the G1 Climax structure works:

  • 20 wrestlers are involved split across two blocks of 10 - Block A and Block B
  • Every wrestler in Block A faces every other wrestler in Block A once, and the same goes for Block B
  • A win is worth 2 points, a tie is worth 1 point and a defeat is worth 0 points
  • Each match at this stage has a 30-minute time limit
  • The wrestlers from Block A and Block B who scores the most points by their final match advance to the final
  • The winner of the final wins the G1 Climax trophy and briefcase, with a contract guaranteeing them the IWGP Heavyweight Championship match at Wrestle Kingdom 14.

If you can't see the embedded form below, click here to enter your information.

TELL US WHO YOU WANT TO WIN THE G1 CLIMAX IN THE COMMENTS!

The winner of the prediction will be shouted out on The Mega Maniacs Facebook Page and on the Smack Talk podcast at the earliest opportunity.
