WWE SMACKDOWN RESULTS: March 20, 2026

  • Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu brawled.
  • WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Damian Priest & R-Truth defeated MFTs (Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga) (c) by pinfall to win the titles! The Wyatt Sicks helped out here.
  • Interview: Bella Twins are obviously looking to win the women's tag titles tonight. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair rolled up with some ice cream to say they want the next shot.
  • Candice LeRae paid Danhausen $20 to try to help out Johnny Gargano, but Danhausen just left.
  • Backstage: Sami Zayn was interviewed by Cathy Kelley. Trick Williams interrupted to basically keep nudging those two along toward an eventual match.
  • The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) defeated Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) by pinfall.
  • Promo: Randy Orton explained that he loves Cody Rhodes, but his legacy is about how much gold he gets and not about putting smiles on the faces of the fans.
  • Matt Cardona approached Orton backstage to say he had a problem with what The Viper did. Orton then hit him.
  • Aleister Black defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall.
  • Matt Cardona wants a match with Orton for next week, but Nick Aldis said no. He then told Carmelo Hayes that the open challenge is closed because Ilja Dragunov made a compelling case that he should be the next in line. Dragunov and Hayes then had a quick moment about how one of them will walk out champion and the other will just have pain.
  • Rinse and repeat the same basic promo between Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley as they've been having. Michin and B-Fab are now aligned with Cargill, with the three of them beating down Ripley.
  • The Miz talked to Kit Wilson about how he's been having bad luck lately. Danhausen again asked to be his mentor and was turned down, so the curse is still on The Miz, who got hit with a ladder.
  • Solo Sikoa was pissed at the MFTs for losing the tag titles. Tama Tonga told him he's starting to sound like Roman Reigns. Jacob Fatu and Drew McIntyre then broke up the scene by brawling.
  • WWE Men's United States Championship Match: Carmelo Hayes (c) defeated Ilja Dragunov by pinfall.
  • Jelly Roll tried to convince Randy Orton to not let the old version of himself back out again.
  • Kit Wilson and Jelly Roll had a slam poetry face-off, which ended with Wilson taking him out.
  • Kiana James and Giulia had a backstage segment about Tiffany Stratton. Alba Fyre and Chelsea Green rolled up to complain about Stratton and try to form an alliance, but Giulia and James weren't having it. Nia Jax and Lash Legend then pushed Green away.
  • Jelly Roll wants a match with Kit Wilson for next week.
  • WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match: The Irresistible Forces - Nia Jax & Lash Legend (c) vs The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella & Brie Bella) went to a no-contest, naturally, with Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair getting involved.
  • Randy Orton apologized to Matt Cardona, but then immediately beat him up. Aldis then had to run off to try (and fail) to stop Fatu and McIntyre from fighting, wherein they both fell off some scaffolding outside.
