- Sasha Banks defeated Nia Jax by pinfall to retain the SmackDown Women's Championship.
- Kayla Braxton interviews Edge, who says as long as Jey Uso follows in Roman Reigns' shadow, he will always be in trouble.
- Nia Jax kicks off with Shayna Baszler backstage.
- Seth Rollins comes down to the ring and highlights how Cesaro has embarrassed him. He calls Cesaro jealous and a failure, before ridiculing him for last week's beating. Shinsuke Nakamura comes out and tells Rollins to shut up, before he takes him out with a Kinshasa.
- Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio defeated The Street Profits by pinfall.
- Chad Gable and Otis come out to say that they are ahead of Rey and Dominik Mysterio in the queue to face Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, but they are taken out by the Mysterio family.
- Otis and Chad Gable defeated Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio by pinfall.
- Sami Zayn asks Kevin Owens if he will be a part of his documentary, but Owens says Zayn is twisting reality to fit his narrative.
- Daniel Bryan comes out and hypes up Fastlane, suggesting Jey Uso would not be honest as the special enforcer, however Edge is the ultimate opportunist. He promises to make Roman Reigns tap out at Fastlane, which draws the ire of Reigns. Reigns says Bryan has no chance at tapping him out, adding he would rather die in the ring than tap out.
- King Corbin defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall.
- Sami Zayn remonstrates with Kevin Owens post match, with Owens refusing to back up Zayn's conspiracy theory claims. Zayn attacks Owens and calls him blind.
- Apollo Crews and Big E square off in a dual screen interview. Big E wants vengeance, whilst Crews says the Nigerian Warrior within will be victorious at Fastlane. Big E leaves the interview to search for Crews, taking Crews out with aplomb backstage.
- Bianca Belair vs Shayna Baszler ended in a no contest.
- Natalya and Tamina take out both Bianca Belair and Shayna Baszler.
- Edge defeated Jey Uso by pinfall.
- Roman Reigns delivers a Spear to Edge, whilst Jey Uso takes out Daniel Bryan.
