Smark Out Moment

Do you have a question that you want to ask the minds over at Smark Out Moment? Our version of the WWE Inbox is the Smark Out Moment Mailbag. Once a December, we set aside some time to answer any of the questions on your mind, whether they be wrestling related, trivia to try to stump us, or just general questions to get to know Tony Mango and the other members of the team better.

Here are your submissions for this December:


Question: "Do you feel if she wasn't so injury prone, that Alexa Bliss can be what Becky lynch is today? Your thoughts?"

Answer: Actually, I think it could have hindered her even more. People tend to get tired of seeing the same names on top and since Alexa got a huge push the first 2 years on the main roster, without that time off, people could have gotten sick of her. Plus, there's something about the Four Horsewomen that gives them this mystical aura about them that nobody else has seemed to capture yet, so without that, Bliss might not have ever been seen as on the same caliber in the ring. As far as I'm concerned, though, she's a Hall of Famer in the waiting.


Question: "Are you really glad that we are friends and is this a friendship that will never ever end? Speaking Podcasters to audience"

Answer: As long as everyone lets me in.

Question: "If Tony has a teaching degree and we are the class are we passing the class?"

Answer: Does that mean I can get a substitute teacher to cover bad episodes of WWE that I don't want to watch?

Question: "I saw under retired PPV was Evolution. Do you think the name is retired or we're not getting another all female PPV?"

Answer: I think they're done with the concept in general, at least for the time being.

Question: "Do you think special events can work if done right? The special events for my story 1 hour and 1/2 show war games 45 min show just showing shield vs undisputed era 8 man tag and another 1 hour 1/2 Tag Team Apocalypto"

Answer: These house show events could totally work if they just don't book crappy matches and segments. The Fatal 4-Way for the women's tag titles, for instance, was a solid match and draw for the moment, but the Lashley and Rusev and Owens stuff was ridiculous.

Question: "Do you think Sami Zayn is starting to get ready to retire and go into only being a manger?"

Answer: I think for now, he's having fun doing this, but he ultimately doesn't want to stop wrestling and just focus on being a manager. They probably have nothing for him to do as a wrestler and he might be dealing with injuries, so he's making the best of his time.

Question: "Do shoulders have to be on mat in War Games? Just asking because Jessica pulled the chair from under Baszler before counting 3"

Answer: Yup. Standard match pinfall rules.

Question: "Do you think WWE will pair Morrison and Miz or make them feud? Same question for Sheamus and Cesaro?"

Answer: I could see them tagging up more than feuding. I don't think Morrison's going to come back as a heel or for The Miz to turn heel any time soon.
