This week's episode of WWE NXT was taped on August 23, 2018 at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The following are spoilers of the results from the original tapings. WWE may choose to edit things differently, rearrange or add other supplemental content.

The Forgotten Sons defeated The Street Profits with some help from The Mighty
Kairi Sane defeated Trish Adora. Shayna Baszler comes out to cut a promo after the match about how she'll get her title back. They fight and Baszler runs off.
Kassius Ohno defeated Kona Reeves. After the match, Ohno cuts a promo on how he realizes he's an afterthought, but the next new guy with a lot of buzz who comes in, he'll welcome personally.
Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano
