WWE has apparently released Dalip Singh Rana, formerly known as The Great Khali by opting to not renew his contract when it expired.

For essentially the entirety of his career, Khali was heavily criticized for being abysmal on the mic and in the ring. Despite this, he has a World Heavyweight Championship reign to his name. Now, his detractors can celebrate!
