Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Izzi Dame [NR]
With zero distractions from Tatum Paxley on this occasion, Izzi Dame was able to successfully retain her Women's North American Championship on NXT over both Lola Vice and Thea Hail.9. Gunther [NR]
After ending the careers of both Goldberg and John Cena, Gunther added another notch to his Career Killer gimmick. At Royal Rumble, Gunther defeated AJ Styles to send the veteran into "retirement", and followed this up with a runner-up place in the Men's Royal Rumble.8. CM Punk [-5]
On Raw, CM Punk learned that he will finally get to have the "real" main event at WrestleMania this year, after Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns chose him to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship.7. Joe Hendry [NR]
Say his name and he finally appears on this year's Power Rankings. Joe Hendry overcame 6 other NXT superstars in Tuesday's Ladder Match to capture the Men's NXT Championship, his first title since joining WWE.6. Stephanie Vaquer [NR]
After months of feuding, Stephanie Vaquer earned a definitive one-on-one victory over Raquel Rodriguez to retain her Women's World Championship. However, that placed her firmly in the crosshairs of Royal Rumble winner Liv Morgan.5. Drew McIntyre [+3]
Drew McIntyre did what he does best at Royal Rumble – defeat Sami Zayn. And on this occasion, that victory saw him defend his recently won WWE Men's Championship for the first time.4. Carmelo Hayes [-3]
Despite defeating The Miz on SmackDown in a non-title match, Carmelo Hayes unfortunately drops from the summit due to the Royal Rumble results. But another United States Championship defense could see him return very soon.3. Rhiyo [-1]
It's a similar story for Rhiyo, who are unfortunate to falter after they successfully defended their Women's Tag Team Championships against Giulia & Kiana James on SmackDown. But the Royal Rumbles are the biggest matches of the year for a reason…2. Liv Morgan [NR]
This year's Royal Rumble opened with the Women's Royal Rumble match, which after years of near-misses, Liv Morgan finally won the big one, last eliminating Tiffany Stratton. Morgan then appeared on both Raw and SmackDown to put current champs Stephanie Vaquer and Jade Cargill on notice.1. Roman Reigns [NR]
In what is stunningly his first appearance on this year's Power Rankings, Roman Reigns shoots straight to number one after winning the Men's Royal Rumble, notching five eliminations. And unlike Liv Morgan who's surveying her options, Reigns immediately selected CM Punk as his WrestleMania opponent.HONORABLE MENTIONS
