Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Ethan Page & Chelsea Green [NR]
The petulant pairing of Ethan Page & Chelsea Green got the better of Joe Hendry & Thea Hail at NXT Gold Rush to retain their AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships.9. DarkState [NR]
Another tag team that was on the winning side at NXT Gold Rush was DarkState, who capitalized on mistakes between Je'Von Evans & Leon Slater to successfully defend their NXT Tag Team Championships.8. Cody Rhodes [-4]
WWE Men's Champion Cody Rhodes drops down the rankings due to a lack of in-ring action as he prepares his team for WarGames at Survivor Series.7. CM Punk [-4]
The same applies for Men's World Champion CM Punk, who was involved in a skirmish on Raw alongside Cody Rhodes, The Usos and Roman Reigns against The Vision, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul and Brock Lesnar.6. Jade Cargill [-4]
The WWE Women's Champion Jade Cargill is also spinning her wheels less than a month after winning her title, with no viable challengers stepping up to her right now.5. Blake Monroe [NR]
The split-personality suffering Blake Monroe unleashed her "woman from hell" mode to retain her Women's North American Championship against Sol Ruca at NXT Gold Rush.4. Maxxine Dupri [NR]
In what will undoubtedly be marketed as one of the biggest upsets in WWE history, Maxxine Dupri took advantage of a distraction by AJ Lee to pin Becky Lynch and win the Women's Intercontinental Championship on Raw.3. Jacy Jayne [NR]
Less than a month after losing her grasp of the NXT Women's Championship, Jacy Jayne reclaimed the title at NXT Gold Rush, defeating Tatum Paxley after she was betrayed by Izzi Dame.2. John Cena [+3]
