Points of Impact: TNA Wrestling June 13, 2024 Results and Biggest Moments

Posted by Cherry Turner - Saturday, June 15, 2024

Welcome to another edition of POINTS OF IMPACT—a breakdown of the top moments of this week's edition of TNA’s Impact Wrestling.

This segment will fill you in on the most important parts of the show worth checking out or keeping up to date with, in case you missed this episode of Impact Wrestling.

Without further ado, let's inspect the biggest takeaways of the week!

TNA IMPACT WRESTLING: JUNE 13, 2024 RESULTS

#5 - Something Else Now, Please

I’ll admit, Ash by Elegance has improved a lot in-ring. And while I find her gimmick a little goofy, she commits to it. But it feels like she’s been stuck in limbo for months. This week, she faced Jada Stone in singles action, capitalising on the momentum gained from helping cost Jordynne Grace her match at NXT Battleground. It was a short affair, one Ash dominated and won. Jada got her moments, and would be a great addition to the roster, but it was pretty cut and dry.

Something else now please?

#4 - Masha Deserves Better

I will say, most of this match is pretty. Marti Belle, at least on this year’s showings, looks a lot better than she has in past years, more fluent and crisp. Masha, meanwhile, as this solo force, flying the flag of her team while Alisha was off at the Hardy Compound, has more of an aura of danger about her than she’s had in ages. A one woman army. Masha was dominating much of this match, but after she decided to get a revenge shot on Allysin Kay, this gave Marti Belle enough time to sneak up on Masha, rolling her up for the win. Great match, awful finish for one as dominant as Masha.

#3 - Click Click Oh

Back as a team and with a new colour scheme, ABC were in control for much of this week’s main event. Facing the Nemeth brothers, who were set to challenge for the tag titles at Against All Odds, the earned chemistry and experience as a team of ABC meant they were able to keep Nic isolated for quite a while, following classic tag structure and building and building to that hot tag.

Once that happened, the tags between the brothers became more frequent, but so did the cutoffs from their opponents. Still in control by the end, luck and timing spelled the end for ABC, when Bey ate a Flatliner/Danger Zone combo.

#2 - Fly the Block

Ahead of a tag collision at Against All Odds, Zachary Wentz and Mike Santana battled in a fast pace singles bout to open the show. Wentz was accompanied by Trey Miguel, but by their standards, this was a very interference-free match. Santana played the powerhouse, Wentz the agile, cocky heel, and everything just…clicked. Santana would get the win by catching Wentz mid air with Spin the Block.

#1 - The Water is Wonderful

I’m not gonna bother describing the latest Hardy cinematic match, because one can never really put affairs like these into words that capture the vibe. Entertaining, eccentric, just go watch it.

WWE Clash at the Castle 2024 Results

CLASH AT THE CASTLE SCOTLAND CARD:

I Quit Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. AJ Styles

RESULT: Cody Rhodes retained the title by...well, making AJ Styles quit (that's the point) via threatening to slam the steel steps onto Styles (and then, doing it anyway)
THOUGHTS: Solid opener, but very forgettable, if I'm honest. In a different era, it would be a huge wow factor, but in 2024 when we've seen infinitely more brutal matches, this wasn't a blip on the radar.

Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill (c) vs. The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) vs. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark

RESULT: Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn won the titles by pinfall (Dawn pinned Baszler)
THOUGHTS: Wow, they did it. I thought they'd chicken out and just keep the titles on Belair and Cargill for a while longer.

Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Chad Gable

RESULT: Sami Zayn retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I'm surprised again. I figured they'd have The Creed Brothers help Gable win the title here. My brain was telling me at one point that they might play the "Otis walks out on Gable" card as the only advancement, since enough wasn't set up with Brutus and Julius, but I didn't listen to it and kept predicting the result I wanted more.

Singles Match for the WWE Women's Championship: Bayley (c) vs. Piper Niven

RESULT: Bayley retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yeah...well, Niven got to wrestle in Scotland. That's something. The match and segment itself was as much of a slog to get through as I expected. I had zero interest in this going into it, they did nothing to hook me, and I'm continuing to feel no excitement about Bayley's title reign. The best thing here was Chelsea Green's outfit and attempt to come back out under a luchadora mask.

Singles Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Damian Priest (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

RESULT: Damian Priest retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I like how they did the CM Punk return. Keep that feud going. McIntyre should go nuts now. Cool. I enjoyed the match, too. Maybe my favorite of the show.

WWE Clash at the Castle 2024 is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. Follow along here for spoilers and information on the event's card, lineup of matches and news regarding the pay-per-view.

The following are my predictions for the 2024 WWE Clash at the Castle PPV. Check back for Clash at the Castle 2024 results and review coverage here when the time comes.

WWE Clash at the Castle 2024 Pay-Per-View Online Results Predictions Spoilers Review
WWE Clash at the Castle 2024 Spoilers

World Heavyweight Championship: Damian Priest (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Considering Gunther is getting a title shot for SummerSlam, which has to be for the World Heavyweight Championship, according to how WWE has advertised it, I think we're looking at Damian Priest turning babyface over the course of the next few months.

He retains the title here due to some sort of interference from CM Punk. Money in the Bank is either a rematch, something with Braun Strowman, or with Finn Balor. Then, Gunther beats Priest at SummerSlam, and maybe McIntyre and Punk have a grudge match there in Cleveland.

PREDICTION: Damian Priest wins.

Singles Match for the WWE Women's Championship: Bayley (c) vs. Piper Niven

No way Piper Niven wins. She's here just to give Bayley someone to beat, and the only reason she in particular is fighting Bayley is because this event is taking place in Scotland. That's as simple as it is. Bayley retains after Niven controls most of the match.

PREDICTION: Bayley wins.

Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Chad Gable

As this story continues to hover around Alpha Academy hesitantly sticking to Chad Gable, I still keep thinking the only way this makes any sense is if Otis, Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri choose to stand up for themselves, only for Gable to have enlisted the help of The Creed Brothers to be his new allies, and that Brutus and Julius also make their turn at a time when they help Gable win the belt.

If Zayn comes out retaining this again, this story has to end with Gable just losing and moving on to something else. They can't just keep stretching this out and giving Gable shot after shot without overstaying their welcome and thinning this storyline into nothingness.

PREDICTION: Chad Gable wins.

-

I Quit Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. AJ Styles

Revisiting this feud isn't the most bombastic option WWE could have done, but I'm down to see what they do here, especially with the I Quit stipulation. A lot of people are already bored with Cody as champion. I'm not in that boat. I'd rather see him fighting people like this than to just wait another couple months to see Roman Reigns win a match by interference.

But this should be the end of this storyline, I'll say that. Styles obviously shouldn't win the title, nor should he get another shot after this.

PREDICTION: Cody Rhodes retains.

-

Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship: Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill (c) vs. The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) vs. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark

So WWE gives Baszler and Stark a win in a No. 1 contenders match, only to then go "Oh, crap, Scotland is coming up. We need to put Fyre and Dawn in there. Uh...let's just put both teams in it?"

Belair and Cargill aren't dropping these belts, unless the game plan is for the other two teams to be involved in the decision to avoid having either of the champs take the pin. It's possible, but I lean more toward the titles not changing hands at all, based on the lack of enthusiasm behind either of these pushes. I can only imagine Baszler and Stark win if Sonya Deville gets involved.

PREDICTION: Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill win.

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Axiom & Nathan Frazer [NR]

The Supersonic Duo's reign as NXT Tag Team Champions survived through Battleground, as their speed and youthful exuberance proved too much for the veteran tandem of The Good Brothers.

9. Awesome Truth [NR]

There was another tag team title defense on Raw, as The Awesome Truth's underwhelming run as World Tag Team Champions proceeded at the expense of AOP.

8. Oba Femi [NR]

NXT's rising powerhouse Oba Femi retained his North American Championship at Battleground, batting away the threats of Wes Lee and Joe Coffey.

7. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill [-5]

The Women's Tag Team Champions spent this week posing and scouting their competition until they inevitably and comfortably retain their titles at Clash at the Castle.

6. Bron Breakker [+2]

Momentum is firmly behind Bron Breakker as he rises up the ranks on Raw. This week, he defeated Ilja Dragunov in Monday's best match, then seemingly wrote Ricochet out of WWE for good with a vicious backstage assault.

5. Kelani Jordan [NR]

Kelani Jordan captured her first taste of gold in NXT in Battleground's Six-Woman Ladder Match, as she climbed the rungs to become the very first Women's North American Champion.

4. Imperium [-3]

With Gunther still on a short break and no immediate follow-up to Ludwig Kaiser's impressive victory over Sheamus, Imperium slips down from top spot of the Power Rankings.

3. Trick Williams [NR]

In the main event of Battleground, Trick Williams outmatched the debuting Ethan Page, retaining his NXT Championship in the process.

2. Roxanne Perez [NR]

NXT's other top champion Roxanne Perez also kept hold of her gold at Battleground, as some outside distractions help her beat TNA Knockout's Champion Jordynne Grace.

1. Nia Jax [+2]

Queen of the Ring Nia Jax ascends to top spot this week by defeating Michin on SmackDown, thanks to some assistance from Tiffany Stratton at ringside.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Lola Vice - In an NXT Underground pseudo-MMA brawl, Lola Vice cemented her killer status by knocking out Shayna Baszler.

Damage CTRL - Getting revenge for her loss in the Queen of the Ring tournament, Iyo Sky defeated Lyra Valkyria due to interference from Dakota Kai.

Sami Zayn - Before he defends his Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable at Clash at the Castle, Sami Zayn earned a win over Alpha Academy member Otis.

Gallus - While Joe Coffey was unable to become North American Champion at Battleground, the Gallus trio was victorious on Tuesday night over Wes Lee & New Catch Republic.

The Bloodline - In SmackDown's main event, Solo Sikoa made a statement with his win over Kevin Owens, drawing the ire of Randy Orton in the process.

The Power Rankings Table (since WrestleMania 40)

  1. Cody Rhodes - 8 weeks (3 weeks at #1)
  2. Bayley - 8 weeks
  3. Judgment Day - 7 weeks (1 week at #1)
  4. Imperium - 6 weeks (3 weeks at #1)
  5. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill - 6 weeks (1 week at #1)
  6. Jey Uso - 6 weeks
  7. Trick Williams - 6 weeks
  8. Roxanne Perez - 5 weeks
  9. The Awesome Truth - 5 weeks
  10. Sami Zayn - 4 weeks (1 week at #1)

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?

What can these Superstars do to get back up at the #1 spot?

AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 Spoilers

Singles Match for the AEW World Championship: Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Will Ospreay

This totally doesn't make any sense to me. Why go in this direction, rather than have two separate matches where both of their titles are on the line? Also, this is a pay-per-view built around the idea of cross-promotional stuff, but we have these two guys who are just regulars on the AEW roster against each other? Huh? This makes more sense for WrestleDream or something. Very weird. I don't know what they're thinking.

PREDICTION: Swerve Strickland retains.

Ladder Match for the Vacant AEW TNT Championship: Konosuke Takeshita vs. Mark Briscoe vs. TBD

It sucks that Adam Copeland is injured, but at least the idea of a ladder match to crown the new champion is super fun and interesting.

Until we know the full field of competitors, it's hard to debate who stands the best chance to become champion. But at least in the meantime, Konosuke Takeshita is as solid of an option as you could get, so we're starting off great.

I'd like to see at least one competitor from CMLL and at least one from New Japan in this match, since this is Forbidden Door, after all.

PREDICTION: n/a until we know the rest of the field, but Takeshita would make a great choice.

Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: "Timeless" Toni Storm (c) vs. Mina Shirakawa

This is great! I've been complaining about Toni Storm's feuds for what feels like 2 years straight. Finally, we have someone new to the mix AND the story isn't just "I want to fight you for your title" and nothing more.

Mina Shirakawa isn't going to win the title. That's fairly certain. But I'm not familiar with her work, so I'm interested to see what she does and how this match goes down. On top of that, we know this will (or at least, should) push the storyline of Mariah May defecting from Toni Storm. Progress! Thumbs up all around.

PREDICTION: Toni Storm retains.

Winner Takes All Match for the AEW TBS Championship and NJPW STRONG Women's Championship: Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer

Mercedes Mone gets back in the ring and New Japan basically says "Can we put that belt on her that we wanted to before she got injured?" At least, that's how it strikes me, where they want her to make appearances defending the STRONG title.

There's nothing wrong with that, of course. They had an investment in her, it didn't pay off yet, so let's revisit it. But it's crazy how many title unifications (especially ones that aren't actually title unifications, but just someone holding multiple belts at the same time) have been happening in wrestling the past year, let alone the past 3 years. It's more and more of a thing, despite there being more and more talent to pick from to spread the wealth.

Bet the house on Mercedes. I'd crap myself if she dropped the TBS title this quickly.

PREDICTION: Mercedes Mone wins.

Orange Cassidy vs. Zack Sabre Jr.

Glass half full? These two will have an awesome match. Glass half empty? Why, when there's a crossover potential for multiple companies, and tons of options available, are we just getting a rematch from last year in a sense? At least this time, it's a singles bout, so we'll see a different dynamic. I just would rather have seen something a little different...possibly...until I eat my words and this ends up being awesome.

PREDICTION: Zack Sabre Jr. wins.

Singles Match for the NJPW World Television Championship: Jeff Cobb (c) vs. TBA

Without knowing who Jeff Cobb is facing, it's hard to say whether I'm excited or not.

PREDICTION: Jeff Cobb retains.

Singles Match for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Tetsuya Naito

I'll likely elaborate more on this, but my simple point of view is that Naito is just winning the title back and there isn't much more to it than that.

PREDICTION: Tetsuya Naito wins the title.

  • Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana are in the ring, but are interrupted by The Elite as they attempt to recruit Strickland for Blood & Guts, but he flat out rejects them.
  • AEW TNT Championship Qualifier: Jack Perry defeated Dustin Rhodes by pinfall.
  • Rush defeated Deonn Rusman by pinfall.
  • Rush and MJF brawl, with MJF coming out on top.
  • Kyle Fletcher, Roderick Strong, and Konosuke Takeshita defeated Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly, and Orange Cassidy by pinfall.
  • Trent jumps Orange Cassidy post match.
  • Hook and Samoa Joe defeated The Premier Athletes by submission.
  • AEW TBS Championship Match: Mercedes Moné defeated Zeuxis by pinfall to retain.
  • TV Time with “The Learning Tree” Chris Jericho featured special guests Private Party, who attacked Jericho before fleeing.
  • Daniel Garcia defeated Nick Comoroto by submission.
  • AEW International Championship Match: Will Ospreay defeated Rey Fenix by pinfall to retain.
  • Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay square off, with Ospreay taking the AEW World Championship from Strickland.

ALLSOPP'S HOT TAKES:

  • #1 - AEW should really be giving the AEW World Championship to Will Ospreay at Forbidden Door. Something about Swerve Strickland as Champion has been missing, making his reign feel underwhelming.
  • #2 - I absolutely love MJF, but dealing with Rush is far beneath him at the moment.
  • #3 - Kazuchika Okada is money. He is gold. He is everything!
  • #4 - Mercedes Mone continues to underwhelm...
  • #5 - Overall, this week's edition of Dynamite was a lot tighter than some recent offerings.

Classic

Let’s start with the traditional casino experience with classic online slots. This is the perfect theme for anyone looking for a more traditional experience, it’s also a great option for players new to online slots. With their simple design, this is a great theme to gain a basic understanding of how slots work.

Classic slot themes are heavily inspired by the classic (and the first) slot machines in casinos. They feature the classic symbols of fruit, 7s, bells, bars and diamonds. Most traditional slot themes will also follow the traditional mechanics which is three reels and up to 5 pay lines.

Sports

Sports-themed slots are an extremely popular theme in slot machines, especially when big sporting events are coming up. For example, in the lead-up to events such as the Olympics, the Premier League or even the Super Bowl, more casino enthusiasts will try out this theme, as well as many online casinos have bonuses and promotions to promote these slot themes too.

There is a wide range of sport-themed slots, all falling into different slot types, from social slots even to progressive jackpots. However, one thing these slots have in common is that they feature your favourite sports such as football,  basketball and even wrestling, as well as featuring some of the best and most popular athletes and champions in the world. Some games are even centred around your favourite sports teams, for example, Manchester United is an extremely popular slot theme among many football fans. The mechanics of sport theme games vary, but usually come with exciting bonus features, mini-games and of course sports symbols.

Fantasy Worlds

If you’re a fan of exploring fantasy words, then there are a wide range of fantasy world slot themes. Some of these games are even centred around real myths, legends and folklore too, which means they often come with exciting and immersive storylines. A common fantasy theme that slots follow is Irish myth and folklore. This is an exciting theme that features symbols of pots of gold, leprechauns and rainbows. The background of these games shows beautiful fantasy worlds that make you feel like you’re exploring the world yourself. These games usually also come with quirky characters to guide you through the game and story. This is a great theme for an escape and to experience something new.

TV Shows and Movies

If you’re a fan of the entertainment world, then TV show and movie themes can be a great option for you when it comes to choosing a slot theme. What’s great about this type of theme is that the games already come with storylines and characters, that you probably already know about too. This can give you the opportunity to experience your favourite shows and movies again and again. These themes typically feature your favourite characters and other exciting parts of the storyline as symbols. Another exciting aspect of this theme is sound effects too, hear your favourite characters' famous catchphrases and sayings while you play.

For example, an extremely popular TV show-themed slot game is Friends. With this, you’d expect to experience appearances from your favourite characters, a background of the famous Central Perk, iconic symbols such as the orange sofa, a coffee cup or the iconic apartment front door. If you listen closely, you may even hear Ross call out, “We were on a break”.

Travel

And finally, there are many ways to travel the world even if you can’t do it physically. Travel-themed slots can be a great way to explore the world and immerse yourself in different cultures and countries. Whether you’re diving on the Great Barrier Reef or exploring the Colosseum in Rome, there are a wide range of slots where you can experience this. This is the perfect theme for any travel enthusiast. Players can expect to see symbols of flags, famous landmarks and even cuisines for that region. There are a number of different approaches to this theme again, falling in a number of different slots.

In summary, these is just a few examples of the different slot themes you can experience when playing online. With a wide range of options, you are sure to find themes that are suited to your preferences. Slot themes can make your experience even more enjoyable. Regardless of what slot theme you choose, remember that it’s essential to always approach online gambling responsibly and always be cautious with your personal information. It’s also important to be aware that if you’re claiming promotions such as free spins, to always read the terms and conditions as they usually come with different wagering requirements.

WWE NXT Battleground 2024 Results

Ladder Match for the Inaugural NXT Women's North American Championship: Lash Legend vs. Sol Ruca vs. Fallon Henley vs. Jaida Parker vs. Michin vs., Kelani Jordan

RESULT: Kelani Jordan
THOUGHTS: "This is awesome". Eh. I wouldn't go that far. But it was fine. I'm surprised Kelani Jordan won. I had her as my fourth option.

NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. The Good Brothers

RESULT: Axiom and Nathan Frazer retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I was busy signing wedding documents for my friend. I missed the whole match. It doesn't sound like I missed much, based on Calen, Drew and Mike watching it next to me and making no reaction. Drew wants me to let you know that he said "That was a match."

NXT Underground Match: Lola Vice vs. Shayna Baszler

RESULT: Lola Vice won by referee stoppage after Baszler was just getting pummeled.
THOUGHTS: Your mileage may vary on these things. Are you annoyed this is a UFC-style fight on a wrestling show because you want wrestling? Are you a UFC person annoyed this rasslin' stuff is pretending? I thought this was interesting enough to change the pace, but it's not honestly too much my style to watch MMA, so there's a level of disconnect for me, too. But when I paid closer attention to it, it was odd watching them pull their kicks and punches even more than normal here and there.

Triple Threat Match for the NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Joe Coffey vs. Wes Lee

RESULT: Oba Femi retained by pinfall over Coffey
THOUGHTS: Solid match. I was starting to think Lee was going to win. Did anyone else see Femi accidentally ball tap Coffey after the pinfall?

NXT Women's Championship Match: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Jordynne Grace

RESULT: Roxanne Perez retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Tatum Paxley's interference being offset by Dana Brooke (Ash By Elegance) felt weird to me, but other than that, this was good. Grace had a great showing, Perez retains after some distraction (and a weird no-sell for the pin). Thumbs up overall.

NXT Championship Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Ethan Page

RESULT: Trick Williams retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Solid. Nothing special. I enjoyed it, but I won't remember it by the end of the year by any means, other than that it happened in general.

TNA IMPACT WRESTLING: JUNE 6, 2025 RESULTS

#5 - Well That Was Something

Who doesn’t love big meaty men smacking meat? If you do, you’d enjoy this week’s opening match, which saw the Baddest Man (Read: Jobber) in TNA, Kon, face Jake Something. This match, in this writer’s opinion, worked because of how brief it was. It didn’t overstay its welcome, nor was it filled to the brim with time-killing antics. It knew what it was, an explosion, two powerful men wearing each other down quickly and brutally, and it delivered on that.

The standout moments of the match were the trading of the lariats, which were suitably stiff, and the finish, which after a series of reversals, saw Something hit Into the Void for the win. That wasn’t the end of things however, as an irate Kon would try to snap Something’s neck after the bell, only go TNA legend Eric Young to make the save.

#4 - She’s Backkkk!

From one TNA legend to another, Gail Kim looked on as Gisele Shaw, the newly christened Quintessential Knockout, made her return this week. With new music, new moves, and more energy than we’ve seen from her in ages, Shaw looked great against Shazza McKensie here, who did a great job herself in bumping, and providing a scrappy challenger for the returning Shaw. She would, however, eat the Denouement knee strike to give Shaw the pinfall victory.

#3 - AK Silenced

There is perhaps no woman in the wrestling business with more buzz around her right now than Jordynne Grace, and this week she’d look to continue her momentum by facing the other half of the Hex, former Knockouts champion Allysin Kay. Accompanied by her partner Marti Belle, who Grace previously, Kay made for a good, tall opponent for Grace to fight from underneath against, but ultimately, the result of the match was never in question. As it has for so many, the Juggernaut Driver spelled the end for Kay.

#2 - 20 Years On

This week was the 20th anniversary of Impact as a weekly show, and the man who closed that first episode, Frankie Kazarian, would be in the main event 20 years later, facing Nic Nemeth. The two workers, both of them under-appreciated, talented pliers of their craft, put on a great match, but the most noteworthy events occurred after the bell.

Having been promised a world title shot if he took out Nemeth, the System must have seen that if you want something to be done right, you have to do it yourself. Chaos erupted, and eventually, Joe Hendry would try to come to the aid of the Nemeth brothers, only to suffer a beatdown by the System, who stood tall to end the show.

#1 - Landslide Victory

The best match of the night by far, however, was Speedball Mountain against Campaign Singh and Mustafa Ali. Ahead of Ali’s PPV encounter with Trent Seven for the X Division title, he avoided Seven, and indeed Mike Bailey, as much as he could in this match, letting Singh take the brunt of the action. Following some classic face/heel structure, but doing it well, this was a thrilling watch.

It was that fear of Seven that decided the match, as at the end, Seven hoisted up Singh for Birminghammer. Ali would look to slide in, but ended up getting stared down by Seven, leaving his tag partner to eat the finisher and the pin, for the faces to take the day.
