WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #465 - He Had The Whole World In His Hands | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Imperium [-4]

While Gunther is still on course to become the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time, he did suffer a rare defeat on Raw by countout to Chad Gable.

9. Meta-Four [NR]

At NXT Heatwave, Noam Dar recaptured the Heritage Cup that he technically never lost with his victory over Nathan Frazer.

8. The Bloodline [-3]

The Bloodline storyline was put on pause this week as SmackDown paid tribute to the passings of Bray Wyatt and Terry Funk.

7. Alpha Academy [NR]

Chad Gable did something nobody else has done on this week's Raw - defeat Gunther in an Intercontinental Championship match. Unfortunately, it was only by countout, meaning he is not yet in possession of the gold.

6. Carmelo Hayes [NR]

In the main event of NXT Heatwave, Carmelo Hayes retained his NXT Championship by defeating the former North American Champion Wes Lee.

5. Judgment Day [-3]

Another rough week for Judgment Day in the fallout from SummerSlam. While Rhea Ripley squashed Candice LeRae, the male contingent of the group lost a Six-Man Tag to Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn. On NXT, Ripley & Dominik Mysterio lost to Dragon Lee & Lyra Valkyria, and on SmackDown Finn Balor fell to LA Knight.

4. Seth Rollins [-1]

Seth Rollins featured in a backstage interview to help build towards his match with Shinsuke Nakamura, focusing on the damage he has suffered to his back in recent years.

3. Damage CTRL [+6]

In her first title defense as WWE Women's Champion, Iyo Sky overcame Zelina Vega to successfully retain her title.

2. Cody Rhodes [+2]

Teaming up with Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn, Cody Rhodes was on the winning side of a Raw Six-Man Tag against Judgment Day.

1. LWO [No Change]

Victories keep coming for members of the LWO, as United States Champion Rey Mysterio picked up the win over Grayson Waller on SmackDown.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

The New Day - With their victory over Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle on Raw, The New Day earned an opportunity at the Tag Team Championships.

Ilja Dragunov - Giving Trick Williams the best match of his career so far, Ilja Dragunov still picked up the victory on NXT Heatwave.

Dragon Lee & Lyra Valkyria - In a Mixed Tag, Dragon Lee & Lyra Valkyria beat WWE's power couple Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley.

The Street Profits - While it wasn't much of a Terry Funk tribute match, The Street Profits did score a victory over The Brawling Brutes on SmackDown.

LA Knight - Following an impassioned tribute to former rival Bray Wyatt, LA Knight won SmackDown's main event match over Finn Balor.

The Power Rankings Table (since WrestleMania 39)

  1. Judgment Day - 21 weeks (6 weeks at #1)
  2. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn - 18 weeks (4 weeks at #1)
  3. Seth Rollins - 16 weeks (1 week at #1)
