AEW World Championship 60-Minute Iron Man Match: MJF (c) vs. Bryan Danielson

I never would have imagined they'd go with a 60-minute Iron Man Match for this until they announced it. Crazy. But that's got some serious potential to be awesome.

The way I see this playing out is that they go more for a number of points rather than the 0-0 overtime setup. More so, I imagine Danielson will get some submissions and pins, while MJF will score some shady pins like holding the tights and all. Then, eventually, MJF will retain by sheer luck at the last second to end up with just one point ahead.

PREDICTION: MJF retains.

Texas Death Match: "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Jon Moxley

We all know Jon Moxley is tough, but there is something more for Adam Page to gain if he comes out of this the winner. Since this all started with Page getting injured, it would feel weird to me if it ends with him falling short of getting one over on Moxley. A proper one, I should say, rather than the roll-up, as they've even flat out admitted.

In my mind, Page wins this, and he and Moxley have a newfound respect for each other after putting each other through hell.

PREDICTION: Adam Page wins.

AEW TNT Championship Match: Samoa Joe (c) vs. Wardlow

Wardlow wins the belt back. Joe already has the ROH Television Championship. He can defend that at Supercard of Honor and onward. There isn't any need for him to have two titles, and if Wardlow doesn't have a belt, it'll be odd that he doesn't go straight to MJF. But those two should be kept separate for a while.

PREDICTION: Wardlow wins.

Four-Way AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: The Gunns (c) vs. The Acclaimed vs. Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett vs. Danhausen and Orange Casssidy

I could definitely see a scenario where The Acclaimed win the belts back, or The Gunns retain, OR that Lethal and Jarrett win. All options make sense to a degree. That is, outside of Danhausen and Orange Cassidy winning. Those two aren't coming out with the titles. Cassidy already has the All-Atlantic Championship and it would just strike me as odd to do that again with that champion holding another title.

I keep going back and forth between the other three, though. But since The Gunns haven't held the belts real long and must have been given them for a reason beyond just "it would be interesting if you were transitional champions" (though that did happen with Darby Allin beating Samoa Joe...) I'm going to take the safe bet.

PREDICTION: The Gunns retain.

Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks

Anyone else getting a little tired of the same approach to every story from both MJF (run through a gauntlet of other people to earn the right to face me) and Jericho's stables (have 2 matches with Jericho where both of you win one of them in some fashion, then have the guy feuding with Jericho go through everyone else in Jericho's stable until Jericho agrees to have the rubber match)?

Like all others, Ricky Starks should win this match. It means more for him to get that victory and boost his credibility and status on the totem pole than if Jericho were to put him down and reassert dominance.

I'm sure it'll be a good match, if not great. But I can't help but to be a little underwhelmed in how much this feels like I've seen it before.

PREDICTION: Ricky Starks wins.

AEW Women's World Championship Three-Way Match: Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Ruby Soho vs. Saraya

Do the thing. Have Hayter retain, which leads to Soho realizing she's better off with Toni Storm and Saraya. Then, Willow Nightingale can join the AEW homegrown crew to balance her out. You've got 3 on 3 at this point. Add 1 or 2 more to each team and there's your Blood & Guts match down the line.

PREDICTION: Jamie Hayter retains.

AEW World Trios Championship Match: The Elite (c) vs. The House of Black

The House of Black was exactly the team I expected to be the next in line for a title shot, if not the belts themselves. Since they're having this opportunity so fast, I would assume that means The Elite are retaining, rather than losing so quickly. Of course, that's not a guarantee.

The match itself should be a lot of fun regardless of the outcome. I'm looking forward to it.

PREDICTION: The Elite retains.

Christian Cage vs. Jungle Boy Jack Perry

Now that Cage is no longer on the shelf injured, we're finally getting the resolution of this feud. That is, of course, if this IS the end. There's a chance Cage does something duplicitous and wins to set up a gimmick match between the two at an upcoming episode of Dynamite or Rampage or whatever, instead.

But the simpler course is probably true. Jungle Boy just straight-up wins and moves on. I'm looking forward to it either way.

PREDICTION: Jungle Boy Jack Perry wins.
