Sure, Breaking Point did the exact opposite for me and made it so I don't believe that these gimmick style pay-per-views are a good idea, but I mean, come on...look at this card. So Lilian Garcia has left the WWE as previously established. Glad to see she got the chance to address her fans and say goodbye. With that, they need another announcer. It appears they've made their choice, with this new girl Lauren Mayhew: SWEET! Lol. Ok, biased, because she's hot, and I haven't heard her voice at all, I'll admit it. Apparently, she's a singer, so that will help out the WWE as Lilian would always sing the national anthem....

There's a rumor going around that with Angelina Love's release from TNA due to her citizenship issues, that TNA will be filling her position. I'd like to fill her..wait, getting sidetracked. Recently, they have just signed 3rd generation women's wrestler Lacey Von Erich to a deal, and many are speculating that Lacey may be the replacement for Love. So, first off, is she qualified to be considered a "beautiful person"? Um...hell yes. Second, is she talented enough in the ring? Well, I can't say whether or not, as I haven't watched...

So as she previously announced, tonight's Raw will be the last for Lilian Garcia, and unlike most cases when someone says that and moves to another brand, Lilian is leaving the WWE in whole. This means no Smackdown, no ECW, no Superstars, no house shows. What do I think about the situation? A whole lot of "meh". I never really liked Lilian. She doesn't really have a whole lot of energy and she screws up a lot. Is she horrible? No. But...

So for the second week in a row, there's a Phillies baseball game preempting my Friday Night Smackdown and pushing it to Saturday. Normally, the time is Saturday at 8pm-10pm, but for some reason, the MyNetworkTV affiliation in my area, MyPhl17, has decided instead to run it at 1am-3am. Does that make any sense? WWE goes for a PG rated product and then shows their "B-show" (but the one that is better than their "A-show", Raw) at a time...

Coming off the heels of what I would say was an overall great pay-per-view in SummerSlam, does Breaking Point have the ability to keep the momentum going and match or top the quality? On paper, maybe so. I'm hesitant to believe in this strategy that they're using now of having match themed pay-per-views, as I feel it has the potential to seriously cheapen the importance of said gimmicks, so it is up to Breaking Point to prevent me from...
