Kickoff: Sheamus vs. Damien Sandow
I didn't get a chance to see this, sorry guys, pre-show on Mega Powers took priority!

WINNER: Sheamus via pinfall.
I'll rewatch this later and review the quality of the match, but I don't like the idea of Sheamus winning, that's for sure.

Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett (c) vs. The Miz vs. Curtis Axel
E-C-Dub chant going on. Pretty fast paced, which is good. This is a nice start to the show. Each guy is looking credible. Axel hits the Perfect Plex and the crowd pops, but Miz interrupts. Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale on Axel but Barrett pulls him off. This is what I thought the finish would be, but on Barrett. Miz interrupts. Miz locks the Figure 4 on Barrett. Time for Axel to interrupt. Axel pins Barrett when he's down in the Figure 4 to win the title!

WINNER (and new Intercontinental Champion): Curtis Axel via pinfall.
Good match! Nice finish that I like better than the one that I had suggested would happen. Kudos, WWE.

Divas Championship: Kaitlyn (c) vs. AJ Lee
They're doing this now? Odd. AJ blows Kaitlyn a kiss, which causes Kaitlyn to start "brawling" lol. This isn't as awful as I was expecting, actually. They're trying to keep up the energy. I'll give them credit. Lawler just said AJ Lee needs a good spanking when AJ's belt is taken off. Bits of the old Jerry Lawler come through every once in a while. AJ goes for a crossbody and Kaitlyn catches her, then tries to spin her around but AJ puts her in her new Black Widow submission. Kaitlyn breaks out and gives her a backbreaker, then spears her. She blows her a kiss, slams her head down, and goes to pin her, but AJ kicks out. AJ puts the Black Widow on Kaitlyn again. Kaitlyn taps out.

WINNER (and new Divas Champion): AJ Lee via submission.
Very good match, especially considering I went into this expecting it to be awful.

After the match, they show Kaitlyn crying and the crowd is chanting "you tapped out"! HAHAHAHAA hilarious. Layla comes out to console her and she's crying too. Why?

Backstage, Layla is consoling Kaitlyn still. Alicia and Natalya come over to boost her spirits as well. Kaitlyn leaves. Heel turn coming up?

The panel for tonight is Big Show, R-Truth, Cody Rhodes and Josh Mathews. Big Show is taking over and Josh is laughing about it. Now we're going to see a promo about the Wyatt Family.

United States Championship: Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Kane
This match is a bit too slow and lumbering. It's slowing the pace down and kind of disappointing so far. Dean Ambrose is going Old School on Kane, but Kane tosses him down. Kane starts dismantling the Spanish announcers table. That lasts long enough that Ambrose is able to hit his DDT onto Kane on the outside and win by count-out.

WINNER: Dean Ambrose via count-out.
Disappointing...

Promo for RVD? What? RVD is returning at Money in the Bank? Good God I hope he doesn't win.

World Heavyweight Championship: Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio
Announcements happening in the ring with Lilian introducing Ricardo. Sign Guy and the Brock Lesnar guy are in the crowd. Of course, Ziggler's got the crowd behind him. Then again, the crowd is chanting RVD again. Big E Langston is being thrown out of the ringside area. Ziggler doesn't seem to be slowing down his style, so that's good. Bit of a botch with the Fameasser. Del Rio kicks Ziggler in the head and now they're doing a whole spot with the referee checking on Ziggler. Del Rio kicks Ziggler in the head from behind again. He's kind of looking like a dick here. Ziggler looks more like the babyface. Del Rio literally kicked the Divas Championship out of the way LMAO. Del Rio hits another kick on Ziggler, who kicks out to a pop. This pisses Alberto off and he starts just punching Ziggler in the face while Chioda is trying to hold him back. This looks like a heel turn...it's awkward. Ziggler kicks Del Rio in the leg and hits a random Zig Zag. Even the commentators are starting to cheer for Dolph. Del Rio hits another kick and beats Ziggler for the title...wtf....

WINNER (and new World Heavyweight Champion): Alberto Del Rio via pinfall.
Ugh...I'm not a fan of this.

Del Rio comes back out to a chorus of boos and gloats. He's definitely turning heel. Maybe Daniel Bryan wins Money in the Bank and beats Del Rio at the next pay-per-view for it in full transitional mode?

Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk
Jericho stands in the ring while the fans chant "CM Punk". Hm...CM Punk comes out, no fanfare or stall or anything. This actually isn't as good as I was hoping it would be, so far. It's a bit slow and generic. This is odd, just kind of going through the motions a bit. Punk in particular isn't showing much energy. Walls of Jericho leads into a reversal with the Anaconda Vise. Meanwhile, Heyman repeatedly just yells "tap!" and tries to put some more life into this match. None of us are really enjoying it. Jericho counters the GTS and goes for the Walls of Jericho. Heyman stands up on the apron and that allows Punk to capitalize on the distraction. Then, Punk gets distracted with Heyman and almost loses. This is a weird, boring match. Jericho hits the Codebreaker, but only gets a two-count. Jericho hits another Codebreaker later in the match, but comes up short again. Punk fails to get 3 on a small package. Walls of Jericho again. What is this, a TNA match? Punk hits two GTS's in a row and wins the match.

WINNER: CM Punk via pinfall.
Not a fan of this match. WAY too slow and it just sapped all my energy. I thought this was going to be much better. Really disappointed.

Tag Team Championship: The Shield (c) vs. Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton
"Don't hinder Jinder" and "listen to Downstait" signs in the crowd. This match is suffering from the previous one and isn't as energetic as it should be. Zzzz. Man...I don't know what's going on with this event now. Wow, Orton just almost killed Rollins with that toss on his head. Bryan starts firing things up. There's the beginning of the end, with Bryan doing a suicide dive and hitting Orton instead. Rollins hits his finisher on Daniel Bryan and retains.

WINNERS: The Shield via pinfall.
Not good enough to justify the previous boredom.

WWE Championship [Three Stages of Hell]: John Cena (c) vs. Ryback
"Wake up"....I hope so. Every time John Cena says "it's time to go to work", he's telling the man in the ring against him to get ready to do a job. Typical lumberjack stuff with the heels attacking and the faces not. Cena jumps off the top rope on top of everyone. Ryback hits the Shell Shocked and scores the first pinfall. Time for the tables match (and for John Cena to win that one naturally). LOL Ryback simply pushes the table out of the way to avoid an Attitude Adjustment loss. Ryback is repeatedly just tossing the stairs around. He even breaks the table once (but obviously, the stairs aren't Cena). Cena hits an Attitude Adjustment on the table to win the tables match. Time for the ambulance match. Blah blah blah. Cena sends Ryback through the ambulance's door with an Irish whip and starts hitting him with it after it falls off. Ryback rips off part of the ambulance to hit Cena with as well. I feel like pretty soon they're going to start attacking the ambulance in Street Fighter special stage mode. "This is like something out of a Bond movie"...what? Cena picks Ryback up and gives him an Attitude Adjustment on top of the ambulance. He goes through the roof and it technically counts.

WINNER: John Cena via a faulty roof.
As good as I expected. That's not really a compliment.

HIGH SPOTS
1. IC Title match
2. Divas Title match
3. RVD promo - even though I'm not a fan

LOW BLOWS
1. Dolph Ziggler drops the title
2. CM Punk vs Chris Jericho
3. United States Championship match

CRITIQUE RATING SCALE: 2-COUNT NEAR-FALL (meh)
Reasoning: The event started out great, but then everything went down hill. At one point, I thought this was going to be the best pay-per-view of the year. Now, it's just good in some parts, ok in some, bad in others.

WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE PAY-PER-VIEW?
