• Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Axiom, Mr. Iguana, Noisy Boy and Mascarita Sagrada defeated Latino World Order (Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde), Lince Dorado and Mini Abismo Negro by pinfall
• CM Punk appeared in a video package promoting AAA Worlds Collide in Chicago while wearing a lucha mask inspired by his Straight Edge Society look.
• Gauntlet Match to determine the No. 1 contender to Flammer's AAA Reina de Reinas Championship at Triplemania 34: La Catalina defeated Adelicious, Lady Shani, Thea Hail and La Hiedra
• Tag Team Match for the AAA World Tag Team Championship: The War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (c) defeated Los Americanos (Rayo Americano and Bravo Americano) by pinfall to retain the titles. Erik secretly passed Ivar one of the championship belts, which Bravo Americano struck with his diving headbutt before Ivar scored the pin.
• El Carnicero vs Chris Carter ended in a no contest after Carnicero refused to stop his attack. Dave the Clown and Murder Clown attempted to intervene before Psycho Clown ran Carnicero off and challenged him to a Mexican Street Fight at Triplemania 34.
• Triple Threat No. 1 Contender's Match for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship: Mini Vikingo vs Nathan Frazer vs Jack Cartwheel ended in a 20-minute time-limit draw. Rey Fenix came out afterward and announced he will defend the championship against all three men in a fatal four-way match at Triplemania 34.
• Fatal Four-Way Match for the vacant AAA Latin American Championship: La Parka defeated Damian Priest, El Fiscal and El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. by pinfall to become the new champion!
• AAA Mega Championship Contract Signing: Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano signed the contract for their championship match at Triplemania 34. Dominik initially refused to sign unless Omos' suspension was lifted. Omos appeared in the crowd and Rey Mysterio confronted him before Dominik attacked Americano. Rey ultimately agreed to give Omos a path back into AAA by facing him at Triplemania 34. Omos will be reinstated if he defeats Rey, but will be fired from AAA if Rey wins. Dominik then signed the contract.
• Six-Man Tag Team Match: Penta, Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee defeated Los Perros del Mal (Daga, Angel and Berto) by pinfall. Fenix pinned Berto following the Mexican Muscle Buster. Karmen Petrovic distracted the winners afterward, allowing Los Perros del Mal to attack them from behind and stand tall to close the show.

• Triple Threat Title Unification Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship and WWE Women's Speed Championship: Zaria defeated Wren Sinclair and Kali Armstrong by pinfall to unify the titles. Zaria pinned Armstrong following a spear and F5.
• Tag Team Match for the NXT Tag Team Championship: Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) defeated Myles Borne and Tavion Heights (c) by pinfall to win the titles! Smokes pinned Borne after Hit It and Quit It.
• Submission Match: Jaida Parker defeated Nattie by submission. Parker forced Nattie to tap out to the Sharpshooter. During the match, Karmen Petrovic walked away with Los Perros del Mal while Thea Hail came out to chase off Nikkita Lyons.
• Singles Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Kelani Jordan defeated Kendal Grey (c) by pinfall to win the title! Jordan capitalized on Grey's injured ear before finishing her with a split-legged moonsault.
• Singles Match for the NXT North American Championship: Jackson Drake defeated Myles Borne (c) by pinfall to win the title! Myka Lockwood attacked Borne while the referee was distracted, allowing Drake to follow with a 450 splash. Borne then attacked Tavion Heights with Borne Again after the match.
• Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Championship: Grayson Waller defeated Tony D'Angelo (c), Cruz Montana and Zilla Fatu by pinfall to win the title! Waller pinned D'Angelo to become the new NXT Champion.

The following are my predictions for WWE NXT Heatwave 2026. Check back for NXT Heatwave 2026 results and review coverage here when the time comes.

WWE NXT Heatwave 2026 Spoilers and Predictions

WWE NXT HEATWAVE 2026 CARD:

1. Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Championship: Tony D'Angelo (c) vs Cruz Montana vs Grayson Waller vs Zilla Fatu
2. Singles Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Kendal Grey (c) vs Kelani Jordan
3. Triple Threat Title Unification Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship and WWE Women's Speed Championship: Zaria (c) vs Wren Sinclair (c) vs Kali Armstrong
4. Singles Match for the NXT North American Championship: Myles Borne (c) vs Jackson Drake
5. Tag Team Match for the NXT Tag Team Championship: Myles Borne and Tavion Heights (c) vs Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes)
6. Submission Match: Jaida Parker vs Nattie

WWE NXT HEATWAVE PREDICTIONS (as of 8/26/2026):

1. NXT CHAMPIONSHIP - I was expecting a Triple Threat for the NXT Championship so D'Angelo could either retain by pinning Waller rather than Montana, or Waller could win it by stealing a pin from Montana to eventually build to Montana beating Waller. Zilla Fatu was not at all what I was seeing coming, and now that he's officially been added, this is a Fatal 4-Way. I feel like it's a guarantee D'Angelo is dropping the title at this point, considering there are too many more exciting options than keeping it on the champion. If WWE wants to milk this to be separate feuds, they can do that, especially as they keep building up Keanu Carver to get a future title shot, but nothing says Carver has to beat D'Angelo. He could very well be the guy to beat someone like Zilla or Waller, and I wouldn't count out Montana, even though I don't think he'll win.
2. NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP - Part of me really wants Kelani Jordan to win, but I don't think she will. I don't know who they have lined up to succeed Grey, as I think they're going to keep it on her for quite some time. This feels more like Jordan makes sense to be a very viable contender rather than that the time is up for Grey as champion. Then again, the injury angle could have been done specifically to have her drop the title and not look weak.
3. TITLE UNIFICATION - Well, Kali Armstrong did defeat Zaria, so this is officially a Triple Threat. That makes me less confident in Zaria than I was before, because Armstrong can now win both titles without Wren Sinclair having to lose directly, or Zaria can still take the belts while Armstrong gives them another person to work around. I still lean toward Zaria becoming the unified champion, but Kali is much more of a legitimate possibility now that WWE went through the trouble of adding her to the match.
4. NXT NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP - Sorry, Myles. You're losing this belt.
5. NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - But hey, the good news is that you'll retain this one first! Well, technically, it depends on what match goes on first, and he could also lose both.
6. SUBMISSION MATCH - Jaida Parker beating Nattie makes the most sense to me, even though she doesn't have a submission finisher. What would be the point of Nattie coming down to NXT to put herself over and make Parker look like she's not worth investing in?

The following are my predictions for the 2025 WWE NXT Heatwave 2025 PPV. Check back for NXT Heatwave 2025 results and review coverage here when the time comes.

WWE NXT Heatwave 2025 Spoilers and Predictions

NXT Championship Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Je'Von Evans

WWE LOOOOOVES to book people to lose a match, wait a while, come back around, and then win the title on the second attempt. I'm surprised this isn't a Triple Threat. I'll be even more surprised if they go through all this effort just to have Evans lose for the 5th time or so. At that point, are you just a fan of beating this guy? I don't think Evans is the right call to beat Femi, and right now for Femi to drop the title, but I'd rather that than for Evans to be set up to fail in an endless loop.

PREDICTION: I'm leaning toward Je'Von Evans.

NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger (c) vs. DarkState (two members to be announced)

I'll continue to echo the same things I keep saying about DarkState: They need a leader, they need a purpose beyond just "attacking random people sporadically and achieving nothing", and I don't think they're heading in the right direction.

Hank and Tank can definitely lose the belts, but which two members of DarkState do you give it to? Is this a Freebird Rule situation where all four would become champions and defend it at random? If that's the case, then they win. If it has to be just two of Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, and Osiris Griffin, then I think Hank and Tank retain. 

PREDICTION: It depends on the information we don't know yet.

Blake Monroe vs. Jordynne Grace

I still don't get why this isn't for the NXT Women's Championship and why Jacy Jayne was put in the position to hold both that title and the TNA Knockouts Women's Championship only for this to be the more prominent feud going on. It all feels ass-backwards.

If Grace beats Monroe, that's the end of this story. If Monroe wins by cheating, they can stretch it out, even if it doesn't need to be. Given the options, I'm banking on WWE stretching in any scenario that they possibly can. 

PREDICTION: Blake Monroe wins.

Triple Threat Match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship: Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Ash by Elegance vs. Masha Slamovich

PREDICTION: Jacy Jayne retains.

Triple Threat Match to determine the No. 1 Contender for the NXT Women's Championship: Jaida Parker vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Lola Vice

PREDICTION: Lola Vice wins.

Mixed Tag Team Match: Ethan Page & Chelsea Green vs. Tavion Heights & Tyra Mae Steele

Babyfaces win so Heights can get a title shot for the North American Championship down the line. Otherwise, why do this match? Chelsea Green should be doing something better, like beating Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship.

PREDICTION: Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steele win.

WWE NXT Heatwave 2024 is scheduled to go down at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on July 7, 2024. Follow along here for spoilers and information on the event's card, lineup of matches and news regarding the pay-per-view.

The following are my predictions for the 2024 WWE NXT Heatwave 2024 PPV. Check back for NXT Heatwave 2024 results and review coverage here when the time comes.

WWE NXT Heatwave 2024 Spoilers and Predictions

Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Je'Von Evans vs. Ethan Page vs. Shawn Spears

Based on Ethan Page beating Je'Von Evans on the same episode Evans won the battle royal, wherein Page wasn't eliminated, and Shawn Spears continuing his feud with Evans, I'm not convinced this is going to stay a singles match. I'm fully expecting a Fatal 4-Way with those three fighting Trick Williams.

Whether that happens or not, my prediction doesn't change. I can't imagine Trick is dropping the title right now, and not to Evans in particular. Evans just getting in this title scene alone is already a good enough pat on the back.

Update: This has now been converted into a Fatal 4-Way, as expected. And as I've already mentioned, I don't think we're seeing Trick Williams drop the title.

PREDICTION: Trick Williams retains.

Tag Team Match for the NXT Tag Team Championship: The Supersonic Duo (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) (c) vs. Chase University (Andre Chase & Duke Hudson)

Going with the storyline that Axiom and Nathan Frazer are having issues, it's hard not to imagine the titles are changing hands to fracture that duo and turn that storyline into them feuding with each other. Chase U wasn't my next assumed tag team champions, and it's far from a certainty, but it's still the smart bet.

Singles Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Lola Vice

I'm not feeling this, to be honest. I don't understand why these two are going up against each other out of all the options. It also feels like a downgrade (for my personal preferences) from Jordynne Grace popping over from TNA. Maybe Vice is going to just win this title and Perez will go up to the main roster or something, but I highly doubt that. This strikes me as just killing time until Giulia can come in.

Singles Match for the NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Wes Lee

I'm 75/25 on this. The stipulation that if Lee loses, he can't challenge again while Femi is still champion, certainly makes me think Femi is going to retain. In all likelihood, that's the option no matter what the stipulation is, because he's been booked so strongly. But there certainly is that scenario out there that Lee regains this title. I just don't think it's going to happen because if it did, it probably would have been at Battleground where Joe Coffey would've taken the pin to keep Femi looking strong.

Singles Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Sol Ruca

Going with a babyface-vs-babyface match here and a heel-vs-heel match for the other women's title is strange to me. Why is it not Sol Ruca against Roxanne Perez and Lola Vice against Kelani Jordan? Odd.

Ruca has been booked well. I think she's going to be champion in some fashion by 2025. But I don't think giving this title to Jordan just to have her lose it a few weeks later to another babyface who was in that initial match to crown the first champion is the way to go.

Sure. Whatever.

• Ilja Dragunov defeated Trick Williams by pinfall.
  
• Ivy Nile defeated Ava Raine by submission.
  
• Noam Dar defeated Nathan Frazer to win the NXT Heritage Cup
  
• Promo: Tiffany Stratton's in-ring segment was interrupted by Gigi Dolin, then Kiana James, then Blair Davenport, then Roxanne Perez. A brawl ensued. Stratton quickly escaped.
• A quick Performance Center moment aired of Charlie Dempsey with Damon Kemp in the ring and Drew Gulak bossing around Myles Borne. Dempsey locked Borne in a submission. Borne tapped out but Dempsey kept it on.
• Ava was abducted by Diamond Mine. The Creed Brothers want a steel cage match against The Dyad with the stipulation that if they win, they get reinstated in NXT.
  
• A tournament will take place to determine Noam Dar's next challenger for NXT No Mercy.
  
• Mixed Tag Team Match: Dragon Lee and Lyra Valkyria defeated "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley by pinfall
• Last week, Thea Hail was upset about losing to Jacy Jayne and it being Andre Chase's fault. Jayne went over to her and praised her progress from the past year, said she understands being let down by someone and that people like them always get through it, teasing that they might become a tag team after Hail turns heel.
  
• Baron Corbin vs Von Wagner wasn't a match as Corbin attacked Wagner before the bell. Bron Breakker speared Wagner to end the segment.
  
• NXT Championship Match: Carmelo Hayes defeated Wes Lee by pinfall to retain.

• Tony D'Angelo defeated Santos Escobar by pinfall in a Street Fight. As per the stipulation, Escobar must now leave NXT.
• Indi Hartwell spoke with Kayden Carter and Katana Chance backstage, receiving a letter from Dexter Lumis. NXT UK's Blair Davenport interrupted to claim she's going for the NXT Women's Championship.
• Mandy Rose retained the NXT Women's Championship over Zoey Stark by pinfall.
  
• NXT Championship Match: Bron Breakker (c) defeated JD McDonagh by pinfall. Tyler Bate came out to stare down Breakker to end the show.
